It was very very good experiance for us, hotel's location is very good evem center of city, our rokm was so good and clean, staff oersons are very kindlfull and helphull, espcially I need to say our sprical thanks to Ms.Angela. I strongly advising this hotel to visitors.

Nice room, great staff and best breakfast I had in a hotel for a long time!

This is an excellent small hotel in the very centre of the town. The rooms are fantastic, the breakfast is good, and the staff are helpful and polite. Last but not least, parking is sorted by the staff (although there is a payment to be made).

A nice boutique style hotel in a great location.

Helpful staff, but no fan in the toilet, floor tiles on the shower room very outdated! Breakfast could’ve been better. I choose to book a hotel with parking area from the hotels.com, but when we arrived the hotel had no parking area and luckily we managed to find a street parking space nearby. Also thanks to both ladies at the reception, they were friendly and helpful.

Hotel situado próximo aos principais pontos de interesse da cidade de Nis. Quartos modernos, bem estruturados. Limpeza adequada. Ótimo café da manhã. Estaciionamento em frente, público com custos (para quem viaja de carro).

Für die Durchreise eine moderne saubere Unterkunft. Direkt an einer Ausgangsstrasse, deshalb sehr laut bis 01.00 Uhr Nachts. Direkt an der Strasse oberhalb von Restaurants. Parkmöglichkeiten nur öffentlich und kostenpflichtig. 10 Euro für das Parken im Hotel bezahlt, was sehr teuer ist für Serbien.

Una sola notte in viaggio per la Grecia. Hotel in posizione centralissima:all'inizio della strada con ristoranti e locali, più in c'è tro non si può. Camera spaziosa e silenziosa. Unica pecca la mancanza di ascenaore:la nostra stanza era al secondo piano e con le valigie non è stato molto comodo

This was a lovely new hotel. However, as we’re on a road trip a huge criteria for us is parking & any associated cost. On hotels.com website clearly stated was parking costs in rsd. Very cheap. We arrived to find it was intact in euros & ten times more (unsure why they chose € as Serbia clearly has their own currency).The manager refused to honour what was on the website & basically said that we could leave if we didn’t like the parking charge. In terms of customer service that is not great. Sad really as otherwise the hotel was good & friendly receptionist & breakfast host.

We had a nice stay here even though we felt the price was a bit high considering what was offered. The ladies at the reception were all super polite and willing to help with advice and issues that arise during your stay.

Visited this hotel 2 years ago and couldnt fault it, returned this year because of that experience but was a little disappointed as the rooms are looking a little tired now and when we pointed out a few issues these were not dealt with or communicated to us why, or offer of another room. It is situated in a great part of the town and just needs a freshening up to bring it back to the previous standard. Breakfast and service was great .
