Clean and centrally located on the main square. In need of a major redesign / overhaul. The room was large but bare, the bathroom could have been another whole bedroom it was so large. The shower was too small to bend over to wash your feet, but the bathtub was large enough for a family of 4. Poor use of space. Eliminate the tub altogether and build modern showers like competing hotels. Strange commercial soap dispensers all over the place with cheap hand soap (there were 3 of them in the bathroom: shower, sink and tub). The bed had a low-quality mattress and no sheets, just a large blanket with teeny, tiny pillows, like something for a toddler. The windows were tiny and only opened partially. The TV was not smart, closet safe was non-functional, Strange paper signs on the main door of the hotel routing you around to a not so nice street to a dark side entrance. This hotel could be fine for business travel, I think they just need someone with better attention to detail (and design). Rzeszow has so many hotels with great style and service, this one either needs to step up their game, or discount their rooms heavily.

Decent hotel that's located near the center of the city and was easy to walk around and get food or just chill outside. Though there was a lot of drunk people down the nearby alleyways so if you had your window open you'd hear them yelling and shouting all the time throughout the night.

The hotel was under Renovation, had to enter the side door. They gave us vouchers to go down the street to another restaurant. Just was not what we expected.

Great property in the heart of Rzeszów. Easy walking access to everything. The hotel is being remodeled so breakfast was served at nearby Lord Jacks and was splendid. We also enjoyed using the traditional Finnish spa at the hotel.

Excellent hotel that is in the center of it all. This is my second time staying here and I like it a lot. I will stay here again.

Really nice place right in the middle of the action. As part of the town square, you have immediate access to many restaurants and bars. I would definitely stay again.

Not 4 stars hotel

It was my second stay at this place. Location is excellent. Front desk staff could be more attentive. Less time with cell phone interaction would make difference, especially when guest is waiting to be served. One eye contact and head node would do the trick for acknowledgment.

My stay at Hotel Ambasadorski was entirely pleasant. The room itself was very comfortable, the location is splendid, and the staff is entirely helpful and genuinely pleasant.

Hotel znakomicie usytuowany w Centrum Rzeszowa bezpośrednio przy rynku. Niestety w pokoju brak klimatyzacji, a przy otwarciu okna słuchać cały tumult z rzeszowskiego rynku. Również usługa telewizji bardzo skomplikowana do uruchomienia - w końcu się poddałem. Internet działa prawidłowo. Woda dla pobytów dłuższych niż jedną dobę wymieniana regularnie.
