I booked this hotel through Hotels.com specifically because of its good reviews, no-carpet, no pet policy. I am sensitive to environmental allergens. I was very disappointed because the hotel is poorly maintained with terrible staff. The shower room is covered with mold and no ventilation inside. The entire room is covered with the bath smell and I experienced difficulty breathing and I irritation soon after check into the room around 3:00 PM when I report this to the front desk and request to change a room the staff in the beginning, pretend he doesn’t understand. After someone translated to him, he told me all rooms are booked. He cannot change room for me because there is no Housekeeping available. The shower room it’s surrounded by mold

The room was very noisy due to traffic from the road. We asked the receptionist if it was possible to change rooms, but the hotel was fully booked, which is understandable. However, the reception staff were not very friendly or helpful. If you have trouble sleeping with noise, this hotel is not recommended.

Lugar muito bom, quartos confortáveis e chuveiro espetacular.

Room was smaller than expected with weird layout. Staff were nice. No coffee/water in the room. Heater was not turned on automatically, the first night was freezing. Once asked they turned it on. Its a great location but expect street noise throughout the night
