Room was great, bed very comfortable, and staff friendly and helpful. Most of all, the building itself was quaint and fun.

Sehr stilvolles Hotel in bester Lage, das durchaus 4 Sterne verdient. Das Zimmer war groß genug und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Beim Frühstück war alles geboten, was man in dieser Kategorie erwartet. Etwaiger Straßenlärm wird durch ein schallschluckendes Fenster abgeschirmt. Eine absolut empfehlenswerte Adresse!

I stayed in a room on the third floor. The elevator only went to the second floor, so I had to carry my luggages up the stairs.

The room was like an attic, but it was clean and had a nice view from the window. The ceiling of the bathroom was too low for Japanese people who stand while taking a shower.

Enjoyed a brief stay here, although thought for myself the beds were a little hard.

This hotel was one of the best hotels I have stayed at. They were very accommodating and even changed my dates as I booked the wrong days.

The room was gorgeous and spacious. The entire property was charming. My only issue was the outside noise during the night. This town is like a fairy tale destination.

１）いい点： ①部屋がいい！！ここでしか泊まれなさそうな風情がある部屋です。設備も問題なし。 ②スタッフが親切。 ③朝食がおいしい ※チェックインは午後3時からですが早めに着いても荷物を預かってくれます。 ２）💦の点： ①このホテルに限ったことではないのですが公共交通機関の駅から遠い。 重いスーツケースを引きずってゴトゴトの石畳をかなりの距離を歩き、へとへとでした。 このホテルに限らずこの街に来るときは軽装をお勧めします。 帰りはフロントに頼んでタクシーを呼んでもらいました。 ③部屋は3階まであるがエレベーターが2階までしかない。私たちの部屋は3階だったので狭い階段をスーツケースを持って上がらなければなりませんでした。 結論 １）ー２）＝軽装であれば非常に快適なホテルです・

とてもいいロケーションです。観光に便利。周辺はレストランがたくさんあります。 部屋は大変清潔で寝心地はとてもよかったです。

Historic property. Great location. Convenient to parking outside old town. No problem dropping off luggage. Attic room with beams and great view was a treat. Good continental breakfast.

The property was Ok breakfast great I was disappointed that the cleaning staff stole My Canadian souvenirs what I had prepared for my friends I noticed only the night before leaving and naturaly I can not prove it since did not catch the person next time I know to lock the luggage all the time it poor sour taste to a beautiful place
