Very large, clean room, new furniture! And friendly staff, we recommend this hotel

Beds were so tiny and narrow

Not Worth the Price The heating can’t be adjusted individually, which made the room uncomfortable. Dining options in the area are limited, and the noise from the light rail is quite noticeable. On top of that, the staff was indifferent, and there was an unpleasant smell in the room. For the price, I expected much better. Wouldn’t stay here again.

We came very late at night and the lovely receptionist helped us very much! We send a very big thank to him!

Fantastic suite, spotlessly clean, breakfast was well above what we were expecting, superb value. Only slight issue was having to call the reception to alter any settings on the air con. Would rather be able to control it ourselves. If we ever need a hotel in kosice again then this will be top of the list.

Sehr modernes Hotel mit geräumigen Zimmern in guter Lage direkt an der Ortsumgehung, Shopping Mall und ca 4km vom Stadtzentrum entfernt. Kleines Minus: Die Klimaanlage kann nicht selber eingestellt werden, man muß dies über die Rezeption machen. Frühstücksbuffet ist ok.

Brand new facility/building. Some constructions around the property are still in progress. Very nice, brand new, and practical rooms. Nice staff, good breakfast. In front of the property is a major highway, so there might be noise in some rooms, however, transportation is easy and convenient to and from the location. Behind the property, there is a residential area where some gypsies are living.

Very relaxing place and convenient to airport. I will use it again in the future. Staff very friendly and professional.

這次旅程中住了三種房型，但感覺體驗跟房型比較沒有關係，跟運氣比較有關係；這間的洗手乳可以擠得出來，但很不好用；熱水沒有很強，第一天晚上還以為沒有熱水，在晚上11點，溫度可能只有12度左右，洗了冷水澡，隔天工作人員應該有幫我轉到確定有熱水的部分，但還是很不穩，所以迅速洗完；整體服務我是很推薦，不過建議Check in第一天早一點入房，確定熱水、必要部份的燈會亮與其他你可能會care的部分是否正常運作
