The staff were professional, Love the place ( quiet, very clean, breakfast).

The hotel is so pretty that it is a gem In the old centro of Santiago. Nice breakfast and very nice staff specially Fernanda and Macarena.

staff could not speak english on arrival never got breakfast because breakfast was served too late. lousy room noisy lights and showers substandard

The staff was amazing—they provided excellent information about sightseeing, how to stay safe, and dining options. They also prepared a great takeaway breakfast for an early flight and were incredibly prompt in responding to messages. Finally, the property is stunning.

Wonderful boutique hotel in heritage residence from 1912. Garden, library and honor lounge are beautifully preserved. Convenient location and access. Very helpful and very pleasant staff. One complaint only- air conditioner was intermittently noisy.

We had a wonderful stay! Great location as well as its on a street where you can just walk straight down for as little as 15 to 20 minutes and get to some great restaurants and sights! We hope to stay here again one day!

Just spectacular! Everything about our stay was perfect…. The staff was friendly and helpful, the breakfasts were scrumptious, the showers were hot with great water pressure and the building is a work of art. Recommended highly!

It is a unique old building. Quite a “Fawlty Towers” vibe. No elevator and very long staircase, which while beautiful, was awkward , especially descending oddly enough. Squeaky floors and bed. Fine for one night. Staff was very accommodating,getting us a “go” breakfast since we had an early flight.
