We love the decor. I was blessed to run into an older woman who showed me some of the phongraphs and music boxes in the lobby. They have an old Toyota car out front that is beautiful. The coffee area was a nice place to take a break and read. We stayed in the traditional room which had tatami mats and futons. The air conditioning worked great fighting the Kyushu humid summer. The only drawback was the water pressure. Overall it was low and I think they rely on the hot spring for water so it takes a while for the water to warm.

とっても丁寧な対応で、気持ちが良かったです。人手不足なのか、外国人の対応でしたが、しっかりと日本語もマスターされていて、何も問題ありませんでした。

武雄温泉駅の近く。 設備(部屋・お風呂)は少し古さを感じる。 ロビーの内装・家具、館内全体の「大正」の雰囲気は良いと思う。 ウェルカムドリンクや、朝食の軽食(パン・サラダ・飲み物)のサービスはとてもうれしい。

昭和レトロな雰囲気で素敵なお部屋でした。 朝食もセルフサービスでパンとサラダ日替わりのスープ付きでした。 スタッフの対応も良くて大満足です。 また使いたいと思いました。

What makes this place special is the atmosphere; it is filled with traditional memory items that give it a unique and nostalgic charm. The most remarkable aspect of our stay was the staff. Their helpfulness and friendliness were top-notch — They made our trip more enjoyable and smooth.

네팔직원의사소통이불편해요

ベットは清潔で寝心地も良かったです(*^^*)しかしサイドテーブルが欲しいのと、コンセントが欲しいです。スタッフの方は、とても親切に教えてくださって助かりました(*^^*)

すごく丁寧な対応いただき、素晴らしい宿でした。木製の蓄音機やオルゴールなど、昔ながらのものも大切にされており、接客や雰囲気含めて大変よかったです。

館内はクラシカルな感じで雰囲気が良かった。朝食はコンチネンタルでしたが、パンの種類も多くポタージュスープとの相性が抜群でした。室内、ベット、浴場は清潔が保たれていました。スタッフは礼儀正しく対応が気持ちよかったです。また、利用したいホテルです。
