社員旅行にて利用させていただきました。お宿の雰囲気やスタッフさんの心配りが非常に良かったです。

Excellent hotel in traditional Japanese style. Very friendly staff in the reception and especially in the restaurant where they serve breakfast! They put a smile on our daughter every morning:)

久しぶりに純和風の旅館に宿泊しました。日本のおもてなしの素晴らしさを改めて感じる事が出来とても満足でした。 特に朝食は美味しかったです。

いろいろと行き届いていました

スタッフの方がすごく親切て良かった！館内も綺麗で素敵なお宿でした。

前台人員非常熱心幫助，有耐性。餐廳侍應亦笑容滿臉，感覺到他們有禮及工作熱誠。酒店設施足夠，大浴場溫泉不算大但很好。唯一是沒有洗衣機，如要洗衣需到外面。

夏休みに入り、子どもの数が増えていました。子ども連れの場合の大人の意識も変わってきたと思います。

이번 여행에 가장 꿀잠을 잔 숙소예요 주차장 도착부터 퇴실하는 날 차가 출발 할때까지 모든 순간이 만족스러웠어요 다음에 또 벳부를 방문한다면 고민없이 재방문 할거예요

周辺に美味しい飲食店が無かった

全てに満足です 特にスタッフの誰もが爽やかな笑顔で親切で又利用したいと思いました

Ryokan was super clean and presented very nicely. Great food also for dinner and breakfast.

到着して、まずキャリーケースを拭いて頂いていたことや、スリッパを履かずに竹や畳の床のノーストレスな感じ…とてもキレイにされています！ ホテルの方々の対応も丁寧で親切で料理は夕食もお酒も進み、朝食も美味しすぎて釜のご飯はおかわりしてお腹いっぱいでした〜。 お風呂も酸素風呂は浸かっていると体に泡が纏ってる感じでフワフワして気持ち良くて…🎵 とてもオススメのお宿です！！

Very pleasant stay

We really enjoyed our stay here. Facilities are top notch and the staff were amazing and so attentive. The only thing I’d say needing improvement is the food! Other than that everything was great!

Very nice and clean hotel. Great hot spring for relaxation. It is very close to the park. Their dinner taste menu are full of fish plates, kind of overkill but the service was great.

This hotel is fantastic. Great value for money. Room was clean, authentic and just delightful. The staff were amazing and helpful.
