Está en una excelente ubicación, y la limpieza es muy buena, sin embargo las instalaciones son muy viejas, no se parecen a las fotos otorgadas o tal vez sí pero fotos de hace más de 5 años, las camas son muy incómodas y al movimiento hacen mucho ruido, las toallas muy viejas.

Room was a good size and clean. Pool and patio areas were nice. Breakfast was generous and tasted great. The hotel was located in a great area near many restaurants and steps from the park. It is also walking distance from most tourist attractions.

The staff is friendly and attentive. The housekeeper clean the room very well and if you need extra items there is no issue receiving them.

Nice hotel with a good location. Close to the clock tower and walled city but still not in the city. Many restaurants and bars nearby. Breakfast at a place right next door with a simple breakfast menu but still good and friendly staff. Felt safe and the rooms were nice and with good ac.

I stayed at the Studio Suite, which was really nice, big, nicely decorated and comfortable

The convenience to all the activities

The property was conveniently situated near the walled city and walkable to restaurants. The other down was the wifi. The first night, the wifi was working well. The rest of the days were off. Aside from that, the property was amazing.

My friends and I really enjoyed our stay here. The hotel is in a great location, about a half a block from the park which had little monkeys and sloths. The neighborhood was very lovely, but we all felt the hotel was nice and quiet and not a lot of noise at night. It was about a 5 minute walk over to old town which we did several times a day. The hotel was clean, breakfast was served in the restaurant next door; there are a few tables and seating in the lobby and a nice roof deck with a small pool. The deck was a great place to lounge at sunset and had a beautiful view of the whole city. The staff were amazing. They called cabs and were so helpful when one of my friend did not feel well, I appreciated their amazing service.

This was a bait and switch. Do not recommend. The ac did not work. No AC in the common areas. Windowless and moldy. No hot water. No blankets. There was a sign saying it was not possible to flush toilet paper. Bad fluorescent lighting and no natural light.The front desk staff was friendly but the manager would not speak with us. We had three rooms and left after 1 night with headaches and exacerbated asthma. More like a dingy hostel than a hotel.

Pleasant stay and close to other sites and restaurants.
