The hotel is one of the nicest we have started in. It’s clean, well appointed and in good condition. It’s not far from old town but we liked the location.

Every aspect of this hotel was great! I would highly recommend staying here.

Dejligt hotel og fortræffelig service. Personalet er meget service orienteret. Til morgenmaden var der et godt udvalg af forskellige madvarer. Hotellet ligger meget centralt og den gamle bydel er i gåafstand. Der er parkeringskælder, så det er nemt at parkere bilen. Værelset og badeværelse er i en god ståelse. Der er køleskab og strygejern på værelset.

Great hotel, excellent location to old town

Clean, modern hotel with good facilities and amenities. Rooms are clean and modern. There is a good restaurant and bar on the ground floor of the hotel, which is very convenient. There is a bar on the top floor which services food as well.

Alt var fabelagtigt, undtagen medarbejderen som stod ved indgangen der begyndte at skælde os ud pga. vi havde holdt foran døren i 5 min, for at pakke bilen.

the roof top bar is dated and not maintained - needs a major upgrade. The rest is fine but non exceptional.

Supremely clean, comfortable and well-located for central Sarajevo. We did have a problem with the bed which we forgot to report, so hopefully the management are monitoring feedback. Room 317 there is possibly a strut broken in the bed. Please check it out. Otherwise brilliant and would highly recommend the rooftop terrace where a few Margaritas went down very well.

Spacious and clean room with a lovely view of the river, great breakfast and very helpful staff. Also excellent location.

Hotel muito bem localizado, com as principais atrações acessíveis à pé a poucos minutos. Staff prestativo e atencioso, que nos fornecer todas as informações necessárias sobre a cidade.

Die Eingangshalle ist sehr schön und gross. Das Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit. Unser Bett war leider schrecklich durchgelegen, wir konnten wegen der lauten Klimaanlage nicht gut schlafen, und ohne Klimaanlage war es zu warm. Das Frühstück war ok, leider wurde sehr schlecht nachgefüllt, es war immer etwas leer.

Un hotel ubicado perfecto, cerca a las dos zonas de Sarajevo. La atención del personal fue muy buena y siempre al servicio. Volveria sin pensarlo.
