Very large and impecable room. Confortable for a long stay

We like the room type of 1208. Spacious room with relaxing facilities. Only the stove and vent-hood were not that conveniently operated. Besides that we were so enjoying to be staying in at Somerest apartment hotel. It made our trip more relaxing! Thanks a lot!

Room condition is perfect and people are very kind and friendly. They're all willing to help guests. BF buffer was nice but omlet was not we expected. But overall, enjoyed staying very much and definitely will come back. Highly recommend to any type of trips especially for family.

This stay was incredible! Definitely worth the money. The rooms were not only luxurious but also well-stocked and cleaned. The room I had had its own washer and dryer which was amazing. It had a fridge and a kitchen. The staff was helpful, and even spoke enough English to make check-in a seamless process. This hotel was definitely worth the money.

築年数は経っているようですが綺麗に清掃されています。マンションタイプでバスタブが無い部屋ですが、キッチン、冷蔵庫、洗濯機があり、真夏の蒸し暑い西安で何度もシャワーを浴びて着替えをしたので、洗濯機で衣類を洗えたのは非常に便利でした、乾燥機も日本より電圧が強いせいかすぐにカラッと乾きました。 朝食ビュッフェも中華料理を中心に充実のメニュー。

Nice hotel

Such a great experience! The location is fantastic—I could walk to the Giant Wild Goose Pagoda and Datang Everbright City. There’s also a mall next door with plenty of food and drink options. The hotel room is well-equipped, and the in-unit all-in-one washer/dryer is a great convenience. The walk-in shower and separate bathtub add to the comfort. Since a room key is required for the elevator, I felt safe leaving my electronics in the room while exploring the city. All the staff members were courteous and helpful, greeting me every time they saw me. I truly enjoyed my stay.

The Somerset Xian is in a nice location, with short distance from goose towers and the city castle. Also close to a modern shopping mall. The staffs were kind and friendly. Diego spoke good English and very helpful. We stayed in a suite room and it was large and clean. Strongly recommended!

We don't often write reviews, but would like to share how much we enjoyed our stay at Somerset Xindicheng Xi'an. What a thoughtfully-equipped, spacious and pleasant place to stay, with lovely staff, too. (After asking for soy milk during our first breakfast, I was brought some every morning without even having to ask, for example). The breakfast buffet offerings varied every day, the gym and pool are pleasant (even if there could be more machines in the gym), and the location was very convenient for us. Very good value, and easily our favourite aparthotel on our 3-week trip of China! (Try the Mongolean beef place at the mall next door, or the nearby Lotus restaurant for good meals.)

Good property with sufficient room for a family of four. Staff are friendly and nice. Brought us a baby crib as soon as we asked. Location is decent, nothing particularly exciting nearby, except the mall has a lot of food options
