The location of the hotel is excellent, just few minutes walk to the Grand Place and other attractions but hiding in a quiet street. The amenities is very basic but is clean. The breakfast is good and the dining hall is surrounded by the 13th century stone wall! Staffs are so friendly and helpful. Beatrice even came down to greet people at breakfast time! I would come back to here next time in Brussels.

We have booked the parking half a year in advance, got it confirmed and then on the day of arrival they told us that there is no available parking and we have to park off site. The reasoning was that other guests extended stay which we don't think was acceptable, since we did get confirmation about the reserved spot.. they should have told the guests that extended stay to park elsewhere, since they did not reserve spot for the extended stay. Moreover, the cleanliness was poor, shower super outdated, sound isolation was non existant and shower head had mold on it.

je recommande vivement, surtout lorsque l'on est de passage pour le travail. Le petit déjeuner est bon, la chambre dans un excellent état et la localisation est optimale. A bientôt !

Nach nur 1 Nacht abgereist (da Abends zu ko um direkt ein anderes Hotel zu suchen). Gründe dafür wurden nicht nachgefragt. Nur Hinweis wir haben noch 4 Nächte bezahlt. Zimmer eine Katastrophe (462, Serengethi). Riss mit Verfärbung gleich bei Eingangstüre, Bad nicht sauber und mit Schäden oder sichtbaren Ausbesserungen, Tapete unter Fenster welche sich löst, Verschmutzung vor Fenster. Auch bei 3 Sternen darf man doch zumindest Sauberkeit erwarten? Zimmer ist nicht so wie von Fotos erwartet. Beim Frühstück im Keller war bei der Kaffeemaschiene das Milchsystem defekt. So entweder kalte Milch nehmen oder nochmals bei 2. Maschiene anstehen. Ein Zettel mit Info an der Maschiene gab es nicht obwohl das angesprochene Personal vom Defekt wusste und sagte, man warte auf Ersatz. Auf hotels.com wird angegeben, dass das Hotel Parkplätze auf dem Unterkunftsgelände hat. Man wird bei Ankunft von netter Empfangsmitarbeiterin aber in ein etwas entfernt liegendes Parkhaus geschickt. Für uns waren das zu viele Negativpunkte. Daher am nächsten Morgen nach dem Frühstücksdebakel abgereist. Auch wenn wir so um die 800.- verloren haben. Auf unser Feedback welches wir am Freitagnachmittag via hotels.com ans Hotel geschickt haben, hat bis Montagnacht noch Niemand reagiert.

Hotellin sijainti oli loistava. Aamupala oli ihan ok. Henkilökunta ystävällistä.

De kamers zijn heel basic. Maar ze kunnen echt wel wat TLC gebruiken. Badkamer is bijzonder klein, slecht ingedeeld. En toe aan renovatie. De slaapkamer heeft geen stopcontacten. De grijze kleurtinten zijn weinig uitnodigend. Het ontbijtbuffet was erg summier. Het viel me op dat er geen interne technieker tewerk gesteld is; het koffieapparaat werd op de twee dagen dat we er logeerden en ontbijt gebruikten, niet hersteld. Ondanks dat ik het personeel hoorde zeggen dat ze een technieker hadden gevraagd. Dit moet echt beter kunnen! Het personeel maakt echter wel alles goed; heel erg vriendelijk en warm. Dank daarvoor!
