Great location and staff

Fantastic hotel. Clean, modern, 10 mins walk from the city. Great buffet breakfast. 24 hour airport transfers make life so much easier. The front desk ordered my transfer on the day I checked in, so check out was easy and organised for my long flight back to Australia. I’d stay here again!

A dream!

Excellent hotel that is in a more quiet and residential area, that is still very walkable. Room was spacious and had a good amount of storage, and the water in the shower was nice and hot without any wait. Staff were extremely helpful, responsive and friendly. The breakfast options were excellent and abundant - wish I could eat the oat cookies everyday! Having filtered water available (instead of having to buy bottled water) was a bonus, and the hotel definitely had a focus on sustainability, which was appreciated.

Friendly and helpful staff wifi worked good, and yes, breakfast was excellent.

The location was fantastic and very walkable to plenty of shops and restaurants. The hotel was clean and comfortable. The breakfast offerings were delicious!

We were assigned a room on the first floor of the hotel. It was super damp and there were tiny bugs and ants in our room, the bathroom also had mold spots due to the moisture. Our assumption was that the higher floors did not have to deal with this. It was also very loud. The hotel space outside of our room was great - the breakfast, the staff, the common area, and the water filters. Our room was just lacking basic comforts.

Beautiful hotel with a very friendly staff. Breakfast buffet was excellent. Very comfortable bed and room was spacious and bright. Loved the private patio attached to the room.

Very clean hotel in a nice neighborhood of Miraflores! Supermarket is 15-Minute Walking Distance. Easy shuttle from and to the airport! It’s right by a street so it’s a little bit loud but nothing too disturbing. The room has AC!
