Eu estava com duas crianças e ficar hospedada dentro do próprio parque foi uma ótima Vantagem. A equipe do hotel muito Simpática e prestativa. Quartos confortáveis e muito limpos. Adoramos a estadia.

The room was good. Check in time according to Hotels.com ends at 9:30. We were there before 9:30 and were told the room would only be ready at 2pm It caused major inconvenience as we were not ready for the day. And had to change on the bathrooms.

The hotel staff and especially the shuttle service drivers are awesome and so friendly. They really are superb !

O quarto é espaço, confortável e bonito, contudo, fica no segunda andar sem acesso por elevador, o que dificulta carregar malas pelas escadas

I pre checked in at 9am and i only got my room at 3pm and that also was me having to call the reception continously. The guybat reception did not know what he was doing.and upon booking no1 tells you that the theme park rides are all closed on monday and we booked to spend the day on monday on the rides which was bad

Greeted with a warm and friendly welcome on arrival. The hotel offers a shuttle from/to the parking area and to/from the Gold Reef City Casino. The park is well maintained. All facilities and walkways are kept very clean which was a pleasant surprise. Breakfast at Barney’s Restaurant offered a wide variety of choices.

I didnt like that we had a bottle of perfume stolen from our shopping bag that we forgot in the hotel bus

The staff were excellent–very friendly, helpful and respectful. The rooms were spacious, well-appointed and well furnished. The tariff was good value-for-money. Highly recommend.

Not good. We waited very long in the cold to be checked in. Reception was rude and unhelpful.

The day i booked 3 rooms , on app didn't said theme park its close we paid 3 rooms thinking that kids gonna play, just paid lot for sleeping

Very nice hotel room, very modern. You get free entrance to the theme park.

Very convenient with comfortable & spacious rooms, in the middle of the amusement park with great breakfast. The kids had the best time and we enjoyed the easy access to all the entertainment. Friendly and helpful staff added a lot to a great experience.

The kids loved the theme park! Once all the visitors left for the day, it was quiet and safe. Breakfast was great. We really enjoyed our stay!
