Hotel espectacular en una zona privilegiada para visitar la zona Norte de la Isla. Cuenta con todo tipo de comodidades y el personal es cercano, amable y muy profesional. Un 10

Es un hotel muy bien calidad/precio con unas instalaciones espectaculares en un entorno único y cerca del aeropuerto.

This is a really good 5* hotel. It’s got a rather old fashioned interior, but it’s pleasant. Great breakfast! Comfy bed and good bedding. Good gym and spa. Nice pools. Lots of other facilities. Slightly non-customer-focused guy at the reception.

The breakfast was really nice, there was a wide variety of dishes offered. The hotel in geberal was nice and clean. However, you could hear the other guests in the adjacent rooms or the hall. The rooftop pools was excellent, although a bit cold.

Love wverything

Bodde här två gånger under resan, första gången fick vi ett fint rum ganska högt upp som var super. Andra gången ett enklare rum på första våningen som var lite mer slitet och de hade också glömt lägga in tvål (frågade efter detta men fick det aldrig till rummet som lovat). Hotellets faciliteter (gym, jacuzzi, pool, lobby) är fina och fin utsikt från taket. Väldigt god frukost för 15 euro. Parkering i närheten för 7,5 euro/dygn. Hotellets parkering stängd när vi var där. La laguna är en väldigt trevlig by.

Nice hotel. Nice dinner down in the restaurant - it was a Menu del Dia - so, three courses for one price and the food was good.

Fantástico hotel con mucho estilo al lado del centro de La Laguna. El hotel dispone de diversos servicios como parking subterraneo en el propio edificio (de pago), cafetería muy agradable justo a la entrada del hotel (el cual es un patio interior precioso), restaurante, piscina, etc.. Las instalaciones mantienen un estilo clásico pero con un toque muy moderno y cuidado. Las habitaciones son espaciosas y cómodas, así como el baño. Se nota que hay un buen mantenimiento general en todo el hotel. El personal es muy agradable, resolviendo cualquier necesidad que tengas rápidamente. Sin duda repetiremos en el futuro ya que hemos pasado unos días muy buenos en este hotel.

Super lækkert hotel, smukt og smagfuldt indrettet, fabelagtig morgenmad, kommer helt sikkert igen ! Hovedpuden lidt hård😉

Schön eingerichtetes Hotel. Leider recht hellhörig. Terrasse kann man auch nur sehr begrenzt nutzen. Da immer nass und sehr laut. Das Frühstück war sejr gut! La laguna nicht besonders spektakulär.

Bel Hôtel ayant du cachet avec patios, verdure, , chambre spacieuse, très bien situé à 2 pas du centre historique (rues piétonnes) et du tram et a proximité d'1 parking gratuit et 1 municipal (souvent complets). Cet hôtel a un parking 12€ par nuitée à régler à la réception. Possibilité de repas 19€ 3 plats. Eau, pain et café tout à fait correct. Personnel très agréable. Excellente étape pour visiter le nord de l'île.

Loved the style, comfortable bed, cleanliness, location was perfect, nice on site café, great staff, good breakfast and nice products in bathroom. Happy!

Our second stay - central location with comfortable room, excellent breakfast, friendly& helpful staff.Roof top pool very inviting & well maintained. Unfortunately no tea & coffee available in room. Will definitely go back.
