Nice staff. Friendly. We got some WiFi issues on arrival. But it was fixed on time. Overall the stay was pleasant.

Habitación de muy buen tamaño, con una excelente vista a la plaza Luis de Camoes, lo mejor es la ubicación. Tiene un bar con vista panoramica a la plaza, que creo esta desaprovechado .Condiciones de la propiedad: la habitación muy bien, renovada , buena cama, buen baño, buen diseño; las areas comunes, recepcion, ascensor, restaurante/bar, reflejan la edad del inmueble.

We arrived all wet and bedraggled having traveled all day on a bus from Porto. We were upgraded to a lovely room which helped to sooth our weary bodies. The hotel was very clean, beautifully decorated with special amenities such as a yoga mat, bathrobes and slippers, and little cookies on a plate. We would stay here any time. Thank you.

Amazing building and large, well appointed rooms. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Minor deduction for street noise, but is to be expected given the location. Especially good for public transit.

O quarto é lindo, vista p a praça Luis de Camões, toalhas excelentes. Quarto super limpo. Parece um apartamento. Sala e qaurtos grandes e separados. Localização perfeita!! Adorei tudo!!

The location is the best. The room is very large. People are friendly and nice; The Internet is slow, it was almost not working on the first day; one night it lost power; the vanity and toilet are in different room and far from each other. The table is small for work; a little noisy at night

Room smelled stale/damp/mouldy and bathroom reeked of sewage smell. Room was very loud from noises outside and people in the hallways - not well insulated/sound proofed. Building was pretty and location great - but that’s it. Staff also not helpful. When we checked in new years day the woman at the desk told us she didn’t want to be working (which was obvious). We arrived at 1:30 pm so a tiny bit early for check in after an over night international flight. Room was not ready and there was no apology or effort of any kind made. On top of that - it was raining and I asked to borrow an umbrella from the hotel and she just shrugged saying we could buy one “if a store was open”. No lobby or hotel facilities to wait inside in, and no help from staff meant we were turned out in the rain.
