Hotel confortável, limpo, camas confortáveis e banheiro bom mas o secador de cabelo queimou, azar. Café da manhã muito bom. Localização muito bom, muito próximo ao Costaneira.

The hotel staff was not much of a help. No service. Rooms were dirty and old! Not even water in the room for drinking!

Great location close to the largest shopping center. Safe neighborhood and great location. Be prepare to bring an electric adapter to your chargers (No american outlets or adapters available)

O hotel em geral é razoável. Café da manhã deixa a desejar. Um detalhe: O café da manhã começa sempre às 07hs. Como os passeios saem antes deste horário, fica inviável desfrutar do mesmo. Oferecem uma caixa com um pequeno dejejum frio mais com custo. Um absurdo. No quarto, as toalhas de banho e rosto estão amareladas, com aparência de sujas.

The hotel is located in a very good neighborhood of Santiago. The hotel room was pretty clean, and overall in a good condition. The water flow in the shower was not perfect, but still acceptable. The breakfast was really good, with a lot of options, and many fresh fruits. The hotel is located near a metro station, and close to a lot of shops and restaurant. I would definetely come back to this hotel.

Rooms were a bit "industrial", and an unimpressive pool. Breakfast okay, not great. Very nice service, and close to subway-- all felt safe.

Hotel Diego De Almagro ~ Providencia offers good services to their passengers at fair prices. Their rooms are comfortable and quiet as compared to other hotels closer to Providencia or Nueva Providencia , main arteries which represent the newer hupcup of Santiago's business, commercial and entertainment centers.Thus, its location is in the Commune of Providencia that happens to be a safe and well protected area of the city. Breakfast services are provided for an extra charge which is cheaper than what nearby cafes or restaurants charge. Breakfast food is great and plentiful, by the way. The hotel staff is very professional and English is spoken at the main counter. I enjoyed staying at this hotel. I enjoyed staying at this particular hotel because it was within ten (10) minutes from Providencia' s centrum by foot.
