Really the room service is very bad and phone is not working twice raised the complaint no body has been rectified. Room cleaning guys is not responding properly for towels and water bottles

Consistent Quality

Everything was up to standard just one thing that wasn’t a good experience was very very hot water for shower. It was impossible to take shower.it was like boiling water.

Housekeeping is not cleaning the room everyday. I asked them for diet sugar and unfortunately they don’t have!!

el servicio de housekeeping era para olvidar. incluso solicitando la limpieza del cuarto por la manana, estos venian a las 9 de la noche, y por 3 dias no tenian papel de baño. La "limpieza" del cuarto era muy por arriba, solo haciendo la cama, pero sin siquiera levantar un papel del piso. No creo que vuelva.

There is no hot water!! Bathroom not clean Noisy

Nice hotel. Clean, good rooms, good location.

Their Google pin location is not correct. Caused me additional hour of driving in the night in foreign city. When I called them for directions, they knew the pin location wasn't correct. I was requested to call Expedia customer service at the check in counter because they couldn't get the Expedia credit card working for my reservation. Receptionist told that this problem was happening a lot... It was the first time for me after 5 years using Expedia services around the world. Same night, I was told that there is no food available at the hotel and I could only purchase beverage. There was no hot water at the shower in my room. The vegetables served for the breakfast were not fresh at all. I saw cauliflower was moldy and requested server to replace it. Totally disappointed with Best Western quality in Buraidah, Saudi Arabia.

Excellent and nice place and I recommend this hotel for friends.
