Coffee in room was absolutely awful! The worst I’ve ever experienced. However, the room was large and bed comfortable. Desk was attentive and amenities good. Place looks like it needs an upgrade, but the price was appropriate for what was offered! Breakfast was too expensive for our needs. Didn’t use it so can’t comment on it.

Everything was perfect, the room, the staff and the location. The only issue was that they were refurbishing the pool so we weren’t able to use it.

Enjoyed my stay. Room was modern and clean and staff was friendly. Rooftop terrace was nice.

La habitación un poco pequeña y recargada. El GYM para mejorar. El water debería ser un poco más discreto y aislado. Deberían mejorar el sistema de ventilación para eliminar la humedad. Por lo demás, el resto genial.

Der Aufenthalt war sehr angrnehm mit ruhigem Zimmer im Zentrum von Madrid.

Gute Lage, schönes Ambiente. Wellness ist Minimum Standard - es hat in der Nähe jedoch größere Gym. Schade, daß die Skybar nicht geöffnet war. Wassersparhahn am Lavabo ist eher ein Witz.

Really enjoyed our stay. I worried that as a middle aged straight couple we would be out of place but we were made to feel comfortable everywhere from check in, at breakfast and in the bar. The hotel is within an easy walk of all the tourist sites and museums and there were loads of restaurants to choose from each evening.
