Rent och fint. Mycket bra frukost

The room itself was dirty. Lots of dust in the floor and the skirting boards, as well as the coffee mugs inside the room. Made me question whether they clean the mugs or just wipe them. Also lots of long hairs across the bathroom and the curtain had big stains on it. Mentioned it at reception but didn’t get much feedback on it. Have stayed before about a year ago and it wasn’t like this but the property has gone down hill.

Otel konumu itibariyle toplu taşıma ile ulaşımı kolay bir konumdaydı. Resepsiyon çalışanlarından mutfak ekibine kadar herkes son derece ilgili ve yardım severdi. Kahvaltı seçenekleri gayet yeterliydi. Aile ve/veya iş seyahati için gayet uygun bir otel. Tekrar tercih ederim. Öğle yemeği için restoranı tercih ettik yemekler çok lezzetliydi.

Ein wirklich tolles Hotel. Ausreichend große, saubere und stylische Zimmer. Personal immer präsent und sehr freundlich. Ein super Frühstücksbüffet mit riesiger Auswahl. Alles frisch und bis zum Ende alles nachgelegt. Wir waren rundum zufrieden und kommen gerne wieder.

Modernes, legeres Hotel mit tollem Zimmer. Frisches Interieur im Frühstücks-/Essbereich. Freundliches Rezeptionspersonal. Kommen beim nächsten Hamburgbesuch gerne wieder.

Passend zum Zweck, dass wir nah am Theater waren. Strandkörbe am Wasser sahen toll aus. Gänge im Hotel waren sehr trist.

The hotel was nice, bus stop outside and train station a few stops away although walkable. Breakfast was okay, hot and cold food although hot food is limited and not replenished enough during breakfast hours. From my observation, the dining area can be a bit messy with food on the floor that is not cleaned up efficiently but the limited staff on the floor do work hard to clear tables. My room was “cleaned” but I noticed they didn’t change the sheets because there was a mark on my pillow before I left the room and came back to it. The shower area is open plan so be cautious if you want a bit of privacy but the toilet is separate. The mini bar was stocked with apple juice, a lemon and a berry drink, sparkling and still water as well as a kettle and some teas which is restocked daily so that was nice. If you want to food from outside the hotel, you would either have to walk or take public transport/taxi as there is not really any restaurants local, I walked to Edeka supermarket which was well equipped for things you may need. There’s a fuel station across the road from the hotel as well. Checkout is 11am but I paid €15 to extend until 12. Overall, it was decent and in a quiet area.

Manglede rengøring, og ved godt det var i Tyskland men kunne da være lidt rart, at receptionisterne kunne snakke engelsk, bare lidt. Og ikke parkere på deres p-plads det koster 98 euro for 3 dage.

Das Frühstück haben wir nicht in Anspruch genommen. Die Zimmer sind klein und kompakt, für eine Nacht völlig in Ordnung. Perfekte Lage für einen Besuch im Theater bei Harry Potter. Die Oberflächen im Zimmer sollten nicht so staubig sein, dann wären wir rundum zufrieden.

Standort war super, man ist schnell vom HBF dort und die Bus Station ist gleich beim Hotel. Das Hotel selbst ist sehr dezent und kühl eingerichtet, vor allem das Zimmer lag unter den Erwartungen, teilweise war die Einrichtung auch abgenutzt und es war leider sehr kalt im Zimmer. Das tägliche Auffüllen der Minibar war top und das Frühstück auch ganz okay, nichts besonderes. Sauna und Gym steht ebenfalls zur Verfügung, wobei der Ruheraum und die Sauna sehr klein sind, also viele Leute dürfen nicht gleichzeitig auf die Idee kommen. Alles in allem etwas unter den Erwartungen eines 4-Sterne Hotels.
