Very quiet area to stay but near shops and restaurants …very friendly staff

部屋は清潔、朝食も美味しくｽﾀｯﾌ全員気さくで親しみが持てて申し分なし。敢えて難点：①ｼｬﾜｰﾙｰﾑの仕切りガラス戸が半分までしかなく、隣の洗面所に流れ込まぬよう飛び散らぬよう気遣いが必要だった。➁クロゼットに目隠し扉が欲しい。

The staff was very polite and professional.

The hotel itself is a lovely little boutique property and the staff were the best i have encountered in Spain. The only negative I can say is the images make it look like it is located on a nice flower lined lane, when in fact it is a scruffy back street with (harmless) homeless people sleeping every night. It felt slightly misrepresented when we first arrived.

Hyggelig personale, frokosten var helt ok (savna særlig ferskt brød), størrelsen på rommet var upåklagelig, sengen var god å sove i, uteområdet var veldig fint. Ikke hotellet sin feil men luktet alltid urin i gaten der hotellet ligger fordi folk urinerer på gaten og i sommermåneden så lukter det ekstra mye. Men alt i alt hadde vi et strålende opphold. Hotellet ligger i nærheten til alt, stranden er en liten busstur unna med bussholdeplass rett ned gaten. Veldig fornøyd med beligenheten. Kommer veldig gjerne tilbake igjen hit.

Lovely old property with courtyard. Food very nice. Rooftop area was closed for refurb unfortunately. Woken by 2 fire alarms overnight.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, allowing us to walk everywhere with ease. There were plenty of nice and tasty restaurants around. I especially loved learning about the history of the building from one of the employees. I will definitely be coming back to this wonderful place!

Great hotel

The hotel is good by itself it was clean and the air conditioning is superb the problem is the access to the hotel. The street access are for resident only so you can’t get there by taxi or rental car, you will have to walk with your suitcases a couple off narrow streets/alleys. The staff doesn't offer to help take your suitcases or any suitable solution so if you have any type mobility issues or just too much luggage reconsider staying here.

The hotel was so clean and modern, and everyone was so nice! Alan at the front was so helpful with everything we needed.

A gem of a hotel tucked away, in the centre of everything. Great breakfast. Shame no pool any more.

Everything was excellent except that when booking thru Expedia it appears there is a roof top pool but it hasn’t existed for 2 years per the hotel staff

Our family stayed here and they were very helpful with providing a crib for us. They helped with cabs and recommended tapas spots to us. The staff was great and the courtyard was lovely.

Loved our stay at the Icon Roseto! We had a beautiful room that was clean and spacious. The breakfast was delicious and we loved the outdoor seating area. Will be back next time we are in Palma!

Sehr schönes Hotel, alles sehr gepflegt und Zimmer sehr sauber, alles top modern. Frühstück lässt keine Wünsche offen. Lage super und Bushaltestelle in naher Gehdistanz. Sehr zu empfehlen

A fantastic hotel run by the nicest staff from the front desk to breakfast staff to house staff. Great location too. The front desk staff in particular were who we spoke with most - Angela, Enrique, May - clearly very professional at their job but equally the nicest people and very informative - anything you want to ask about Palma/attractions etc - they know or can find out.

Excellent stay. The hotel has the perfect location in the Old Town. Everywhere is walkable from the hotel. Loads of nice eateries and bars in the area. Only negative was at night the aircon was turnt to heat mode and this made the room uncomfortable if you like a cool room. Couldn’t be turned off as it was centrally controlled. I’m
