A well appointed hotel close to the rail station and to good range of restaurants. We stayed for 2 nights and enjoyed Charleroi and the hotel.

séjour impeccable, chambre propre et bien climatisée, petit déjeuner à volonté très bien, personnel sympa et disponible, commerces à proximité. bref, rien à dire c'était parfait!!!

Hotel molto valido in pieno centro a Charleroi. Ho avuto difficoltà a trovare il parcheggio dell'hotel e ho dovuto chiamare 3 volte in reception per avere le informazioni giuste, perdendo 15 minuti... comunque per il resto tutto molto bene

Quarto limpo, funcionários cordiais, café da manhã por + de 20 euros eu declinei, fica ao lado de Shopping center com muitas opções. No quarto a parte negativa são as camas de solteiro que são muito estreitas.

Heerlijk ontbijt, nette kamers. Wel een beetje donker, weinig licht. Maar geen grote ramp

Ontbijt zeer goed, kamer was te slecht geluidsgeïsoleerd, je kan pas slapen als de bovenburen ook beslissen om te gaan slapen en als dat zoals in mijn geval pas was om 2h s nachts, dan blijft er van de nachtrust niet veel meer over.

First room (424) smelt like a toilet on arrival. Reception gave us another room (474), which when we got there was disappointing to see it was directly next to the elevator’s. However, unlike in other hotels where similar rooms had been noisy from lift mechanisms, opening and closing doors, guests chatting on entry and exit of lift, our room was surprisingly very, very quiet. It was a ‘superior’ room we booked, yet there was nothing superior about either room including stained carpets in both. Room 474 was comfy but basic. Whilst it lacked some things usually found in most hotel rooms, we slept very well, which for me is most important. Breakfast is just…… OK, the selection is basic, but ok. However, everyday, the cheese & cold meats looked like they’d been out for a long time and for the first time ever, i did not even try them due to their appearance. Machine coffee was just about drinkable. The machine juices I tried once and not again. They gave fresh oranges and a machine to put them in to squeeze, if you can be bothered with theirs, the taste is good, though I’d have preferred my orange juice to be cold, so perhaps chilling the oranges would be better. The staff were good, no issues there. The bar has a decent selection of Belgian beer and English premier league football on screen (no sound). Location great for trains, buses and airport bus.

Hotel was in an excellent location, was clean, modern and staff service was brilliant. Would definitely return.
