Chambre assez sale et en mauvais etat

Hotel located on the upper floors of a shopping center. Very friendly and professional staff. Clean rooms, rather basic but comfortable, lighting could probably be improved. Overall, a good stay. Communication about the parking could be improved, because the pedestrian entrance to the hotel (where Google Maps takes you) is on the opposite side from the parking lot, and to get there you have to drive around the city center again, which takes about 10 minutes.

Localisation parfaite. Hall d'accueil avec joli design. L'hôtesse etait tres professionnel, le personnel est professionnel de maniere général memes les femmes de menages bonjour salutations et sourire. Jemets des observations quand à la chambre ou il n'y avait qu'une bouteille deau pour 2 personnes et sans verre ou gobelet. La lumière etait faible également. La chambre etait grande est beau mobilier

Novotel good standard. Easy parking, van charge the car if needed. Nice welcome with clear instructions. Room and bathroom clean. Just a bit dark, not enough light. Breakfast good.

Rooms and hallways seemed a bit worn out

Not a 4 star hotel, it was a very basic budget hotel. Especially in the rooms. The lobby and restaurant looked 4 star quality but nothing else.

Tout a été parfait. J'avais demander un petit changement au dernier moment pour avoir deux lits simple au lieu d'un double lit et tout a été fait ! Très accueillant, Lit très confortable (surtout pour mon dos) et silencieux&Calme. Mon amie et moi ont été très satisfait !

J'ai passé un très bon séjour dans cet hôtel. On est dans le centre-ville. C'est un très chouette hôtel. Le lit était très confortable. Je le recommande. En plus on peut attacher son vélo, il y a un emplacement dédié au second étage. A priori ils ont des outils pour faire quelques réparations.

Hotellet varv fullbelagt och de verkade lite underbemannade. Det tog väldigt lång tid att få fram rummen. När väl det var klart så var resten utmärkt. Bra frukost.

El hotel está muy céntrico en la ciudad y tiene todo lo básico para la estancia. La habitación no estaba lista a las 4 PM y el desayuno abre hasta las 7 AM. El gimnasio cierra a las 10 PM y es bastante limitado.

The reception was friendly. The room was pretty dark.

Super sødt personale. Manglede lige den sidste rengøring og der var generelt pletter flere steder på bl.a. gangen. Nærområdet var meget slidt og utrygt. Så flere påvirkede personer og tigger. Vi havde ikke lyst til at gå udenfor hotellet. Morgenmaden var ok- men igen, nogle af tallerknerne var beskidte. Ikke et sted vi kommer igen.

Esta bien para una corta estancia estar cerca del mall es un plus

It was utterly disgusting and not even worth 1/3 of what was paid. Truly a miserable experience.
