Toilet seat was loose and moved in both of the rooms 227 and 229. A/C units in both rooms were loud

Wonderful hotel! Very clean , great staff, and location!

Everything was wonderful except the elevator situation. I had multiple items I needed to take to the 4th floor. Went down to the garage since I was doing this alone. But the multiple people that were ahead of me said they were waiting for 15 minutes since one elevator was not working. I had to load up and drive back up to the lobby. unload my stuff in a corner. then go and try to find parking which there wasn’t any and hoping nobody would take my luggage and favor supplies while I was parking which was a nightmare. Then to go into hotel to wait again for elevators that were full of people and wait again.

This property is conveniently located. It's clean and the staff is professional.

The bartender was excellent!! She accommodated us especially to stay open little later and her hospitality was awesome !! Love the area and how bright the center is Around the hotel !

Nice place! Would stay again. For the limited breakfast options they had it should have been included with the stay. Lots of good restaurants (Sedona 👍👍👍) in the area and stores within walking distance.
