Conociendo el 95% de los hoteles de Stgo. NH Collection es lo mejor que tenemos. Los puntos en contra: No tiene estacionamiento propio y siempre terminas pagando por algo que debería estar incluido. EL desayuno es caro y casi básico.

A região é umas das melhores de Santiago, o hotel é muito bem estruturado e o quarto bem espaçoso. O único ponto negativo pra quem aluga carro é não ter estacionamento, precisa parar no estacionamento do shopping ao lado (caríssimo) ou na rua (que é segura).

Tuve la peor experiencia ya que me hurtaron mi pasaporte y el personal de recepción NO fue colaborador en ninguna instancia y la gerente cambió de actitud al decirles que pondré la denuncia

Excellent location, surrounded by a great mall full of great restaurants and amenities. Logistically perfect for hosting, lunch, dinners and launching oneself into Santiagos business district.

The property is old, there is no cable TV, staff is efficient and friendly, but for the rate of this hotel there are much better options in the area.

Excelente ubicación, en medio de un minimall muy tranquilo con restaurants muy buenos La habitación muy buena, por poca diferencia fuí a una minisuite que era muy grande

Great hotel in terms of value, comfort, convenience. Nice rooms great breakfast but no spa or pool. Absolutely prime location in Santiago for shopping and dining. If you are planning on being out and about this is the best option in town.

Personal very attentive

This is more like a apartment style hotel. It has less staff, but the room is very clean and good size. It is located in a very nice and quite neighborhood and next to a shopping mall. Many good restaurants are in a walking distance. The staff are all very nice and helpful. The breakfast is simple and has good variety. We enjoyed our stay.
