Everything is nice , staff is dedicated and attentive, Cleaning crew is smiling and they do a perfect job Restaurant staff always smiling. For us it’s a perfect home away from home when we visit cluj.

Hotel sehr modern, sehr sauber und ruhig. Zimmer schön groß, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten vorhanden, 2 Hotel eigene Restaurants, Speisen sehr gut.

They were wonderful. The hotel is so close to the main square I walked most of the time. There is a mall behind with food and shopping

We had a great stay. When we had a problem, the staff was willing to go out of their way to fix it and it was greatly appreciated.

Hervorragendes Frühstück, Saft wird frisch zubereitet, Eierspeisen auch, unsere Bedienung brachte am zweiten Morgen zwar kalte Omeletten von den auch vorhandenen wärmebehältern. Fitness war wegen Reperatuten geschlossen. die Suiten sind dafür in Wohnungsgrösse und sehr schön!

Amazing large suite with great facilities. Fantastic breakfast. Hotel could do with larger luggage storage to ensure safe storage and would be nice if they provided shampoo/conditioner
