The staff were excellent and very helpful

Room was pretty small for the price. Only a small area to hang clothes . Had to put suitcases in the alcove. Was pretty hot because of outside temp which can’t be changed obviously but would have been nice to be able to open window for air movement. Good breakfast and access to Jazz night. Good location to downtown

The sauna is amazing. Room is bit dark, though. Will appreciate a bit more variety for the breakfast buffet.

Great stay at the Exeter. Rooms are a little dark, but not a problem. They, as the common spaces, were very very clean. Great bakery and restaurant in the lobby. Staff was helpful. Excellent location.

Our room was clean and staff were professional and polite. The hotel was conveniently located for touring Reykjavík and taking side trips. The only issue we had was getting stuck in the elevator, which is not a pleasant experience if you are claustrophobic. Other than the one mishap I highly recommend the hotel if visiting Reykjavík.

Parking garage was a disaster!! For what we paid for a room and the fact we had to pay additionally per day for breakfast and parking was a little much. Probably will select a different hotel in future.

I was clean and functional and the staff were exceptionally helpful. The lighting in the rooms leaves them darkish so, for instance, difficult to read the combination on a suitcase without a light. The bathroom lighting was fine. We were mainly in the room to sleep. Not much in the way of drawers but enough shelves and hangers. Great food service attached. We really liked it and were mostly there just to sleep.

Endroit stratégique. Déjeuner très dispendieux Petite chambre Il manquait le frigo et les prises n’étaient pas celle des derniers iPhone. Lit confortable. Il fait très chaud, porte balcon ouvre un peu car locket Ils peuvent vous accommoder pour valise s’il y a de la place. Si non 70$ us pour avoir chambre plus rapidement.

High fee for early check in, even though the room was ready. It was nice and clean, but the room was small even though I paid for an upgraded option. Luckily we were able to snag street parking right behind the hotel which was cheap until 9pm and then free overnight. The BEST thing about this stay was Deig donuts downstairs before leaving to hit the road.

Loved our stay at the Exeter Hotel in Reykjavik, comfortable bed, great breakfast, fabulous shower, good location. The staff were helpful when we asked to store luggage in a friends room until ours was available, plus they have a secure area to store luggage if you arrive early in the day as we did. I would definitely stay there again.

Loved this hotel. Great location. Nice rooms (hallways &!rooms were a little dark). Bakery and restaurant attached to the hotel were both excellant.
