Hotel was well located and central. The staff were very helpful and even parked our car for us in the private gated car park behind the hotel, which we could see from our room. Our room was very comfortable and modern. Bed was very comfy. Excellent breakfast - lots of good quality choices. One slight down side was that I had to tell reception a couple of times that I could smell cigarette smoke coming through the room vent. Obviously a guest somewhere who didn’t care about the no smoking in the room rule.

Clean, tasty, everyone will definitely find something for themselves for breakfast, nice and helpful staff, great location of the center but noise from the street is not a problem compared to hotels on the main streets, the balcony adds charm and of course the glass floor in the restaurant. I will definitely choose this hotel again on another visit to Thessaloniki

Very good hotel

We found the breakfast spread excellent. We really enjoyed eating in the enclosed dining area over looking the ancient ruins below us. We stayed at this hotel for 2 weeks and we had only fabulous interactions with all of the staff, they’re very friendly and helpful. They would run to open the door for you. The hotel is close to many bakeries and restaurants and is a short walk to the ocean front where a plethora of shopping can be found. Highly recommend M&C

Harika bir kahvaltısı vardı çalışanların hepsinin güler yüzlü olması, bir sorun varsa özveri ile hemen müdahale edip çözmeleri çok harika, hergün odamızın temizliğin olması ve o çalışanların bile güler yüzlü olması eşimle beni çok mutlu etti. Otopark sıkıntısı hiç yaşamadık harika bir oteldi bir daha Selanik’e gidersem yine bu otele gelirim.

Ich möchte dem gesamten Team ein riesiges Kompliment aussprechen. Unser Aufenthalt war von Anfang bis Ende ein voller Erfolg. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die makellose Sauberkeit der Zimmer und der öffentlichen Bereiche – das ist wirklich vorbildlich und hat uns sofort ein sehr gutes Gefühl gegeben. Die Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter war herzlich und ehrlich. Man fühlte sich jederzeit willkommen und bestens betreut. Ebenso möchten wir die Zuverlässigkeit der Serviceleistungen loben. Ob es um Absprachen oder kleine Anliegen ging – es wurde immer sofort und zuverlässig reagiert. Vielen Dank für diesen tollen Service!

Not every hotel has a visible Byzantine road under its restaurant. The hotel is in a good state of repair, the staff were welcoming, pleasant and helpful. The room was fairly quiet for its city centre location once you worked out which way to turn the door latch in the French window.

Var där väldigt kort tid och utcheckning innan frukost så kan inte säga något om den. Har lite svårt för de glasade toadörrarna och ihop med klinkers så dämpar det ju inte ljudet direkt. Hårda höga kuddar. De kanske har mjukare/andra om man frågar.

Hotel is great, staff friendly. Unfortunately the air conditioning unit in our room did not work efficiently and my husband had to ask the staff To remove the filter before it flowed efficiently and cooled the room so we could get a good nights sleep. That was the only setback - everything else was wonderful.

We really like the hospitality and kindness. The room was clean. Thanks for everything.
