Staff is helpful, but overall experience of the room is terrible, most of the switches are broken, bathroom was ultra dirty and smelly.

During my recent stay at this property, I encountered several issues that significantly impacted my experience. Firstly, the overall cleanliness was subpar; the rooms were notably dirty and not well-maintained. Additionally, the hotel's description claimed that my room would be equipped with a microwave and refrigerator. However, these appliances were not present in the room. Instead, they were only available as a service upon request, a detail that was not clearly communicated beforehand. This lack of transparency and the poor condition of the rooms were disappointing aspects of my stay.
