The beach is horrible! The resort is nice and the food is good!

everything was great except the smell of mold water and that bothered a lot. Great choice of food polite customer service and great room service

This place was amazing, the service was excellent. Staff was super friendly Layla, Vanessa, Genny and drama/sports team really placed the cherry on top. My family and I had a great overall experience.

Room was awesome area but unfortunately seaweed was too bad so no beach access

The property was great! The only downfall to the property apparently at this time of the year is that the buildup of seaweed on the beach was a lot. Very smelly… But overall, the property is amazing! They go out of their way, the food is amazing! I definitely would return again.

Great place for families ! Clean and great service

We enjoyed our experience at this resort. The only things were the beach is not pretty at all. They definitely tried to keep it clear of sargassum. This is the first time I have ever seen this stuff at a resort. So that was a bummer. And lack of things to do during the day. But if you are just there for the pool beautiful landscaping good food and to relax, a great place. Very very friendly people.

Pros: This recent trip to Cancun was my families 6th time visiting. We loved staying at the Ventus property, the hotel and surrounding resorts are amazing. The food is the best resort food we have ever had, drinks were okay. Service at ALL the restaurants was superb, we have a positive experience everywhere we went. We especially liked having access to all 3 resorts on the property. The options for activities and entertainment were great for the whole family. My young daughter and nephew loved going to the kids club, they had top notch care and activities. Rox, Claudia, Mar and Nikki did a great job with organizing and keeping things really fun. We will definitely consider going back to the Ventus properties, we loved our stay. Cons: The beach was disappointing, we were unable to swim. The positive is that the Puerto Morelos town is about a 4 minutes away in an uber and the beach there is stunning. We spent a day there and it made up for the lack of beach at Ventus. Keep up the great work, and thank you for our wonderful experience.

We loved this resort. For our first ever vacation we felt more than accommodated through out our entire stay and we will definitely be returning.

Amazing resort - you have three hotels in the resort… Ventus at Marina is close to all amenities including pools, dining and beach. Service was excellent! The staff really know how to provide great service and make you feel right at home. Highly recommend this resort!

The beach was terrible. The rest was great.

It was good overall but customer service lacked in some cases.

Internet extremely slow, only able to connect 2 devices. TV froze often limited channels in English. Staff was excellent, grounds well kept NO BEACH!!!

Recommend this property. Comparing to other resorts that my family were in Playa Del Carman and Akumal, this property has great benefits such as cleanliness, safety, 3 in 1 package and a lot of choice of dining. Only con is literally no swimmable beach.

Its a beautiful property. Staff is lovely. So many great options for activities. Quiet pools to party pools. Anything obe could want for entertainment. Super fun love music nightly. Yes yacht rock. But so fu.

Very clean, good food and drinks, excellent staff and service. This is a group of 3 resorts, and you have access at all of them. Multiple restaurants, also they have their own marina.

The entire experience of this resort was top notch, had a fabulous time!
