Beautiful everything!!!!!

Filomena was the perfect place to stay when visiting Plitvice Lakes National Park. Ideally located within easy walking distance of the park entrance, it combines convenience with a wonderfully peaceful setting. The room was beautifully furnished, spotlessly clean, and finished to a very high standard. The on-site restaurant was excellent, serving great food in a relaxed atmosphere. The entire property offers a quiet retreat, with friendly, professional staff who made our stay effortless and enjoyable. A superbly relaxing experience that we would highly recommend.

A 5 star property. Very unique setup with an open property. Meals were amazing, room was clean, large and basically new. Staff was excellent!

From the photos I expected a dusty rustic cabin. Instead I found a clean room, although the furniture was a bit dated. The bathroom was modern and clean. The kitchenette was small but effective. The Nespresso machine was appreciated. The grounds are beautiful and well kept. You leave your luggage in their parking lot, where an attendant picks up and delivers it to your room/cabin. We had an upstairs unit so climbing stairs was required. Being upstairs we could sleep with the windows open and enjoy the cool breeze and sound of crickets. We took advantage of the sauna, which you need to reserve. The staff was helpful and courteous. I'd stay there again. A wonderful bonus Fenomen Resort offers is the incredible Plitvice National Park waterfalls view you get from following a short trail through the forest. The last two or three kilometers to the resort is on a narrow winding road up the hill but it's worth it.

The studio was large, clean and well maintained and had the usual stuff like a coffee machine etc. But, and this was a huge but, the air-conditioning was “centrally controlled” and was off. We couldn’t sleep because there was no air and it felt warm under the covers.

The property is cozy, very well maintained and very peaceful. The rooms are great in size and amenities. The restaurant is really good, we had great meals during our stay, it didn’t disappoint. It is 15 minutes away from the park Entrance #1. Very convenient but in a private and secluded road. The staff was very polite and helpful.

No AC working you have to open the windows the maintenance is urgent in the windows screen And in some areas staff try to help as much as possible Some of them are not as kind as you might think

Beautiful location and very convenient. But the staff was the most amazing - from being flexible with a very late night check in to helping us with directions, suggestions to the very warm approach, I think the staff and service made this an amazing place to stay. We were here with two small kids and they were very courteous with all our needs

This is a very unique property and feels like you are at a summer camp/cottage. I just loved it! The restaurant was nice and the food was good including the breakfast. Location to the waterfall was close by so you could see it from behind. It is close to the national park as well. Very nice and special place to stay.

Beautiful property with lovely staff!

This was a tranquil paradise when compared to the hustle and bustle of coastal towns. The rustic accommodation was very comfortable and spacious. Lunch was delicious. Staff all friendly and helpful. The nearby viewpoint spectacular and a teaser for the tour of Plitvice lakes. Highly recommended.

Hotel muito bonito, parece cenário de filme!

Só tinha uma funcionária atendendo o check in e não podia entrar com o carro para perto do quarto e tivemos que levar 5 malas uns 100 metros até o quarto. Os funcionários eram muito fechados e não muito simpáticos com a exceção de uma que era gente boa demais. Para jantar ou usar a sauna tinha que fazer reserva você já sendo hóspede. Mas no geral foi uma boa hospedagem e o lugar eh muito lindo

Very nice location 500 Mts from a great viewpoint of the big waterfall. Josipa was very professional and helpful. She gave us all the information we needed to have a great day at the park. The food at the restaurant was very good, we enjoyed the included breakfast very much. The area is very quiet. The room was very spacious and comfortable.

O lugar é lindo e tudo de excelente qualidade. Fomos super bem atendidos pela Sra. Josipa. Recebemos um ótimo quarto, muito confortável. O hotel tem um restaurante que oferece pratos saborosos. O café da manhã atende bem e os pães são deliciosos. A única sugestão que eu daria, é a de que mesmo no inverno o hotel contasse com mais funcionários. De qualquer forma não comprometeu a nossa estadia.

環境很不錯，一棟一棟的小木屋住宿，房間有廚房很方便。但放在自動洗碗機內的杯子沒洗乾凈。住3晚，第2天開始下雪，退房當日下雨水及雪，因草皮地及石坂路較不方便撐傘及拖行李，所以在早上7點前先分批將行李放上車，7點半用早餐，8點多回到房間，尚未退房，想刷完牙再拿放在浴室的盥洗包，不知為何只剩牙刷、牙膏及洗髮精被平放在盥洗臺上的毛巾上，我的網狀立式盥洗包不見了！有點可惜。
