The hotel has a great roof terrace and we were lucky to visit during the Swift / House Martin season, so we were treated to a spectacular show in the early evenings. Beware that breakfast is not served in the hotel. We had to walk approximately 10 minutes to another hotel for breakfast. The bed was very creaky and not comfortable. However, the hotel location is excellent and very close to the 'Riva' seafront.

Superbt läge, trevlig och hjälpsam personal. Rummet med egen terrass var underbart. Hotellet hjälpte oss med transfer både t o r. Då området är bilfritt så var det till stor hjälp att chauffören följde oss till o från hotellet o hjälpte till med väskorna till taxin.

The hotel was centrally located and the rooms were quiet and spacious I’d stay here again despite the decor

The uniqueness was just what we wanted in a hotel. The position in the Old Town was perfect. Just a bit noisy early in the mornings with the sound of small trucks moving around the immediate area and just below our bedroom window. This is not a hotel for the more elderly clients. There is no lift to the first floor and many stairs to climb to get to the first floor. Buy we found everyone very helpful and our room was clean and tidy.

We loved the area, the room was very specious and clean, the staff was fantastic, the bed was very comfortable. It was very close to the bus station, the docks, restaurants and shopping and they have a great view top terrace. Even though is right in the middle of everything, the windows kept the noise down and we had a peaceful stay.

Inner city so you need to walk with your bags when dropped off but many are like that in the historic centre. Staff was wonderful. Very convenient to walking around the old quarter and water front. A lovely place. The room had a refrigerator which was not so common for many other places and great to help cool down your water!

The location was perfect, right in the middle of the old town (be prepared to walk your luggage from pkg garage about 8-10 minutes). It had 2-levels of roof deck, the top from which you could watch gorgeous sunsets with a glass of wine (and slice of pizza from Pizza Cut!!) The room was spacious. These were the plusses. I wouldn't say there were minuses that affected our stay, just a few odd things worth mentioning. This "boutique" hotel was quirky in that it was a new-ish build in an old, old stone building, which was really cool to be staying in. But the inside aesthetic was just off. It was as if someone said to a variety of decorators, "think of an old-world style" yet none of them talked to each other, resulting in an odd mixture of furniture, artwork, wall treatments, fixtures and colors. The construction was odd with different platforms and steps in weird places (probably because of the old building which is fine), but it also seemed done on the cheap. Our bathroom (the design completely different from everything else) had a plumbing/draining issue outside shower which was evident as the door (coated in a plastic layer) was peeling at the bottom and you could see that the door frame and trim was cut away and replaced about 8" up from the door to the shower. Further you could tell the floor in that same area had been replaced. With that said, it was clean. The front desk staff was nice, although not always knowledgable (settling parking) or communicating with cleaners.

This hotel is directly in the palace, for the reason you experience the activity and the noise of the area. The rooms are big and beautiful and due to the stone quiet but noise can enter the windows. This place is not suitable if you can not lift your bags up stairs, and you must not have mobility challenges. Staff are lovely and the hotel is fascinating.

The hotel was a perfect location to explore split . Rooms were clean and large with good facilities. The shower over the bath did cause problems with lots of water on the floor.

A beautiful hotel in the heart of Split. Very friendly, helpful staff. Room was very nicely decorated, clean and quiet, perfect for 2. Great sun roof area, overlooking the tiled roofs and church spires of Split. If you have their breakfast, its €15 and a walk across town to sister hotel but very good and such friendly staff. Plenty of amazing places to eat/drink. Split people all so obliging and aim to please. We hope to go back as a family, thank you Plaza Marchi!

Friendly and helpful staff, throughout our stay. The hotel was in a great location, in the old town of Split. The room was spacious and clean. The one thing missing from the room were drawes to place clothing. Although there was a wardrobe. Breakfast was included in the price, but was at a nearby hotel. The variety and quality of the food at breakfast was good.

Overall ganz OK. Die Location ist TOP! Was mich gestört hat: Die Reception war nicht immer besetzt und man musste warten... Ansonsten ganz nett.

This unique boutique hotel is in the heart of the old town of Split -- walkable to everywhere. It was a little hard to find because the name of the hotel is up high and we were looking over doorways. It was very quiet, very unique and perfect for our stay in Split after getting off a little cruise that ended in Split.

This hotel is in a fantastic location, walkable to whetever you want to go in Split The lift is on ghe first floor, so you will need to carry your luggage up a flight of stairs. The room was nicely decorated and spacious. The bed is hard and the linens don’t fit, leaving the top and bottom of the matress exposed.

Great hotel at the great location. Excellent place to stay at Split. The only concur Is the breakfasts - it is arranged in different hotel about 7 min walk. And the breakfast has pretty low quality - I not recommend to reserve hotel with the breakfast
