Breakfast was great!

The only main issue we had was the breakfast we had to return the breakfast due to eggs not being cooked enough, they were nearly raw. The other recommendation would do not book your flight transfer taxi as we were delayed due to the plane was late , we had to pay for the taxi and rebooked another taxi , which was very expensive. So take a Uber it is safer .

We have stayed at this LASALA in San Sebastian many times in the past 8 years and have rated it one of our top hotels in Europe. No longer. From the moment we entered we were aware of a coldness and lack of excitement. Being told to sit in low lying seats for reception and check in, signing a list of “hotel rules” almost being lectured by the staff on what to do and not to do put all of us in a contradictory and defensive mood. Looking around the lobby and restaurant we noticed no one was there. And this was true over the 5 days of our stay. When questioning the staff they appeared timid and unsure to make any comments other than changes in both decor and walk in policy for dining or cocktail had been made. The hotel went from an atmosphere of high end vibrancy to dull lifelessness. The menu offered was limited and the food was marginal. Let me also emphasize a few things. The hotel was clean and the restaurant, rooftop bar, and cleaning staff were very good. Reception staff was not cold to say the least.

Beautiful hotel in a fantastic location. Easy access to the beach and great rooftop pool/bar. Right in the middle of the action, but just far enough away from the main streets in the old town that it’s quiet and restful. Would absolutely recommend and stay again.

旧市街で食べ歩きして、疲れたら休憩のためにホテルに帰って、また街に繰り出す、を計画していたので立地がよかった。 また、ホテルのスタッフの方がみなさま丁寧だった。

This Hotel is situated in a perfect spot in San Sebastián. The room we stayed in had gorgeous views of the water and the coastline. The Hotel staff were perfect—courteous, attentive and most respectful! I would definitely stay here again!

Pool was freezing! If it’s that small why not make it inviting?

Beautiful hotel just steps away from La Concha and Old Town. I loved my stay and hope to visit again someday.

What an amazing hotel. Perfectly situated for walking around all areas of San Sebastián. All staff were so helpful and friendly. The whole hotel was calm and efficient. The view from our room (looking across the bay) was spectacular! A perfect place to stay!

Breakfast was highly overpriced which forced us to eat away from the hotel. Ideal location and great front of house staff

角部屋を用意いただき、ビーチと街並み両方の眺めを楽しめました。お部屋はトイレ、シャワー、洗面所が分かれてて使いやすかったです。バスタブはなかったけど、海をテーマにした素敵な広いお部屋で、トイレはウォシュレットもついていました。スタッフも感じが良かったです。バスローブ、スリッパ、冷蔵庫、セーフティボックス、コーヒーマシンなど必要なものははありました。歯ブラシはなかったです。立地も良かったです。

No upgrade even though I am a silver member. No Gym. Dissapointed.
