Very clean hotel with comfortable beds. Central and close to bus routes. Generally quiet. Would recommend. Enjoyed breakfast- didn’t need lunch!

Little reason to fault this hotel . . The pool bar and number of loungers could perhaps be improved but it’s a great hotel :)

The room was clean and had comfy beds. Unfortunately the AC turns off without movement, so we were always coming back to a hot room, and waking up during the night sweating hot. My room was on the first floor on the end of the building, and we had 2 floor to ceiling windows - one in the bedroom, one in the toilet. These were not frosted and only had a blackout blind, so we spent a lot of time in the room in darkness. It seems that all the rooms along the front of the hotel have normal windows. The room had everything we needed - good shower, fridge, lights can be all turned off next to the bed, good storage, a safe and an iron and board. The location is great, about a 15 min slow walk to the cathedral. It was very quiet around the hotel. The rooftop pool was lovely, but it would have been nice to have some quiet music playing rather than just silence. Breakfast is great - hot food, loads of cold food, fruit and some sweet treats. Water, juice and coffee. We planned on having breakfast int he hotel a couple of times and eating out a couple - but we actually eat the hotel breakfast every day. It was brilliant! I’d stay in this hotel again, but ask for one of the rooms that doesn’t have the exposing window.

A little hidden Gem! We loved our stay at the hotel, great location just a short walk into the city centre, close to bars & restaurants. We found two supermarkets a street walk away and a gorgeous little Italian called Arte Pizza were the food was tasty and reasonable priced if you didn't want to walk back into the centre. Great breakfast with plenty of choice with cold and hot options. We used the gym, inside spa area but our favourite was the roof top area with bar, and slightly heated pool with views across the city, great for an early morning swim before breakfast.

Clean modern hotel in a great location a short walk from the centre. Friendly staff (thanks especially to Oscar), good buffet and quiet rooms. Can’t really fault it at all, lovely stay.

The staff really made our stay wonderful. We asked if we could connect our Netflix to the tv but they informed us that the casting ability wasn’t working at the moment. They provided us with a laptop and HDMI cable to still enjoy the programs we wanted. All the staff were kind to us and always happy to help with any situation. Would love to come back again ☺️

Mycket bra läge i Palma

Rooms were clean, staff very friendly, centrally located, we walked everywhere. Would stay here agin.
