Wonderful & comfortable hotel. Huge apartment. Close to everything. Walking distance to everything. Loved our stay

This was a great apartment for our 3-day visit to Madrid. It was comfortable and clean, A/C worked well, bathroom and shower were modern. The apartment was in a great location and felt safe. We loved the fact it had a kitchen, and there were 2 markets within steps. (The cooktop was bit hard to use, however). The front desk staffers were helpful!

Good location and staff members were helpful

Had a two-room, two-bath room with a double pull out sofa in the living area. Utilized the ironing board & iron as well as the washer, although it would have been helpful to have a set of clear instructions on how to utilize the washer. Water temperature of the showers would suddenly switch from hot to cold, so it was very hard to keep an even temperature. AC worked well, location was ideal (directly next to a grocery store), and room was clean.

Nice place to stay while visiting Madrid. Clean, truthful to the pictures , well equipped. I traveled with kids and having 2 supermarkets to each side of the property was amazing (at least one of them is 24 hours). Metro just across the street but not needed , walking distance for most of the popular places

The property location was excellent! The building and condo were clean and quiet. We had all the amenities we needed including a fully equipped kitchen and washer. I would definitely recommend the property!!

Perfect location, walking distance to so many things to do. Host was communicative and property was clean and as expected. Would definitely recommend to others wanting to explore central Madrid.

Super céntrico, cerca de puerta del sol y de plaza mayor. El departamento muy bien casi nuevo. Lo único es la tina del piso de arriba muy pequeña y peligrosa para bañarse por lo angosto, es lo único.

Excelente ubicación El departamento es comodisimo sin duda volveré a alojarme ahí en mi siguiente viaje a Madrid

No lo duden ni un momento en seleccionar esta opción, hermoso departamento y muy bien ubicado, dos cuartos, en cada cuarto dos camas individuales pegadas con baño completo en cada uno,mas un sofá cama, todo nuevo, restaurantes tiendas caminando, carrefour 24 horas a un lado

Everything with the apartment was great, location on city center you can walk everywhere, , the only thing It was very noisy outside all night .

This apartment is in a great, central location and the pictures seemed accurate. However, while everything seems fine on the surface, there are minor issues when you dig a bit deeper. For example, the faucet looked fine, but was not fully attached to the sink and had a 60 degree swing back and forth, the wood floor was not installed correctly and had gaps between the planks, the light in the lower bathroom constantly flashed. Additionally, the water heater is for your apartment only and the hot water would run out if we all showered at the same time. Lastly, as others have mentioned, the lack of a door on the upstairs bathroom, which is open to the entire upstairs is far from ideal when you are staying with 3 other people.

Very modern and clean. AC worked very well during the summer heat of Madrid. Reception was very friendly and helpful. The location is central and the entrance to the building is between a 24hr Carrefour supermarket and a LIDL and the Metro station is literally steps in front of the property. Apartment was remarkably quiet and beds comfortable so we slept very well. Overall, a very nice stay!!

The place is perfect and has a strategic location !

The apartment is good overall, however the walls are paper thin. You can hear everything that is going on outside and it prevented me from sleeping well. The day I was checking out, I got stuck in the elevator and almost missed my train. Walking distance to most places, and super markets right next door so that was convenient.

Everything was good.

We liked the place, but the bathroom and specially they shower need some attention, there is mold building up everywhere.
