Beautiful view of the river and excellent hotel - amazing terrace and breakfast!

We got a horrible room, we were not offered any alternative/resolution. Not what we expected.

Equipe muito gentil e atenciosa, instalações novas e bem cuidada, restaurante excelente

El lugar es muy lindo y la vista inmejorable. Lo único malo es que no tiene estacionamiento y no hay personal que ayude con el equipaje. Lo mismo la falta de personal en el restaurante que te hacía esperar más tiempo por el servicio.

Quarto ok.

Our room (201) was without hot water for the first night and the next morning. No other suite available so we had to walk in our robes down the hall, to the elevator, and down the hall again carrying our toiletries to shower in another room with broken glass (Room 002) for two days. No compensation was offered. The main reason for staying at this location was for the wine tasting cave room that was closed for maintenance. No compensation offered. Dinner was pleasant but only two staff members so service was pleasant extremely slow. No other restaurants in the area.

Lovely hotel in great village. Lovely soft bed. Other than breakfast l really wouldn’t fault. Breakfast was good but maybe not as good as everything else. Staff at reception are perfect.

Beautiful property close to Haro and many wineries. Great staff service and breakfast. It has a very nice restaurant with a large beautiful outdoor terrace to relax during the day or evening.

Purtroppo quando siamo arrivati, dopo 6 ore di viaggio, la persona all accoglienza ci ha detto che nessuno poteva aiutarci con i bagagli, nonostante io ero in gravidanza e avevamo due bambine con noi. Inoltre in una delle due camere prenotate il letto cigolava tantissimo. Impossibile dormire. Abbiamo poi acquistato 3 vini nel wine shop dell’hotel, 2 erano andati a male. Nonostante la struttura sia bella e in un paese meraviglioso non vale assolutamente quanto abbiamo pagato

Love the location. Excellent service. Drive to all centralize Rioja bodegas. Very quiet and peacefull place. Excellent rooms and soft pillows. Excellent bath and shower. Only a couple of places to eat walking distance but if you have a car excellent choices in Haro at 10 minutes. Would stay here again at any time.

A wonderful hotel in a peaceful setting along the river. A fantastic choice to escape the noise and crowds of tourists in the major cities visited. Hotel is very conveniently located to visit Rioja's best bodegas. Staff are lovely and most helpful in arranging tours. Hotel has one minor deficiency in a curiously noisy plumbing system.

A gem in Rioja region!

Realmente um palácio! Serviço e atendimento perfeitos! Foram atenciosos conosco em virtude do aniversário de minha esposa: recebemos cartão, bolo e um cava! Ficamos no quarto 001, de frente para o rio.

The hotel was nice. The room was large and the bed was big and comfortable. The room layout was a bit unusual as the shower is separated from the WC but there was nowhere to hang towels in the shower area. The room facilities were adequate. The location was a bit far from Haro and only transfer was by taxi, which the hotel can arrange but not easily available. The access from the main road to the hotel is a bit restricted as our mini-bus was unable to access the entrance and we had to drag our bags about 100m to the hotel. The breakfast provided was very good, with a wide spread. The restaurant was also very good.

Loved the location by the river, the cellar and views of the gym. Although the rooms are comfortable and big, the interior design was very incoherent, with multiple types of wood - floor, walls, ceiling. Which made for a very disjointed visual experience. Also the showers need to be sealed better as it was leaking on the wood floors everytime we showered.
