The hotel was spotless, and the staff were friendly. It's a bit expensive, as I was expecting more of a luxury hotel. The only bad thing was the breakfast one morning, when everything was cold and the cup of coffee wasn't hot. The toast was hard as a rock, so it was a total disappointment for the price. The hotel person did provide a discount upon checkout after I complained that no one in the kitchen would answer the phone.

The infinity pool and the view was amazing. Staff was always helpful. My house keeper was awesome and caring. Food options were good.

Nuestra habitación tenia un grave problema de humedad, las toallas siempre permanecían húmedas y dormir en la cama era como dormir en sábanas empapadas de agua, fue tan incómodo. La ducha no tiene mucha privacidad ya que sus paredes son de vidrio y hay una tina aparte la cual me parece innecesaria y hasta peligrosa porque en la noche cuando te levantas para ir al baño puedes tropezarte con ella porque está casi en el centro de la habitación.... En la ducha cuando te estás bañando el agua queda en emposada en el piso y salieron cabellos largos y negros de antiguos huéspedes, no hay ganchos suficientes para colgar las toallas afuera de la ducha, el área del vanity necesita más iluminación. Los puntos a resaltar son el balcón con vista al mar aunque no es una vista de frente total se puede apreciar muy bien el océano, había una construcción al lado del edificio el cual era un poco molesto pero nada tan grave, en recepción nos dijeron que tendríamos un descuento en los restaurantes y bares que visitáramos dentro de la propiedad y uno de ellos no nos aceptó el descuento. Visite su speakeasy bar y fue agradable, también visité su casino y el otro bar que está en el piso 86 con su vista espectacular piensas que estás casi en las nubes de lo tan alto que es, el personal todo fue muy amable y el desayuno que lo teníamos incluido todo estuvo de maravillas.

La expectativa era mayor a lo recibido

Wonderful hotel for a long stay. Breakfast at the executive club has excellent service. Suites are excellent and beds are comfortable. Corridors of the floors where the rooms are, are always dirty and need vacuuming. Food trays from room service stay outside the rooms forever.

Elevator broke so they turn off all of them at the same time so we was stranded for hours....I had a broken leg that just came off the cast . Next time fix the broken one but dont turn them off at the same time .....thank you

Das Hotel wäre in Europa höchsten 4 Sterne es ist schon in die Jahre kommen und die Einrichtung ist auch schon sehr abgewohnt. Ich hatte ein Zimmer mit Zugang zur Lounge und es war leider nicht so sauber wie es man sich bei einen 5 Sterne Hotel erwarten kann, ich habe dann der Managerin im Zimmer gezeigt was nicht in Ordnung war und ich bekam dann ein Upgrade auf einen Suite die war denn in Ordnung :)

Room and hallway needs updating 19th floor.

Prostitution is a big problem , maybe it’s the adjacent Casino, but you see very young girls standing outside the hotel ready to pick clients and the. You see them going with hotel customers in the elevator to the rooms, horrible vibe.
