Amazing hotel , staff brilliant

This is a truly great experience! The room was comfortable with lovely touches like a beautiful kettle and teapot. The breakfast spread was excellent, with lots of variety and fresh fruit and veg. The overall vibe is great and all staff go above and beyond. Will be coming back here.

Fabulous breakfast, superb room, good gym & lovely staff

the location was perfect for me, as I was at the business design centre for a show, the staff - despite have serious IT issues were welcoming and helpful, and also very calm, the hotel has a lovely vibe and the rooms are great, only issue the shower could be a bit better and I had problems working the TV, but these are minor - really nice stay, and I used their parking option

Very friendly and professional staff

This hotel was conveniently located near my so sons study abroad program- the staff was friendly and the hotel was near many amenities-

Check in took about 20 minutes as the computer system was slow, but the gentleman checking us in was very apologetic and pleasant. Water pressure in the shower (both versions) was a bit lacking, but the lobby is pretty spectacular, the rooms have some nice quirks (even of one of our bulldog lamps didn't work), and they took the Wed 1pm fire drill very seriously (not in an intrusive way, but in a "make sure the staff is prepared" way). A bit off the beaten path, but not too far from several happenings, and a welcome change to Fitzrovia, Camden, Earl's Court, etc.

Really funky hotel with quirky decor, comfy bed. Great shower and a fab few treats in reception. Staff so helpful and friendly and in a brilliant area of London

From check in to check out our stay was excellent. The staff were super friendly and helpful and the decor was amazing! We definitely will stay again when in London.

We had a very pleasant stay at nhow London with 7 family members. Rooms were clean and not directed to the street, so very peaceful nights. Big choice of drinks at the hotel bar, but the quality of the breakfast wasn't the best, I'm afraid. The friendly staff was very helpful and we felt very welcome!

A second stay, and still feels like coming home. This was my second time at nHow London, the first being a three-week stay last year, and this one a quick two-night layover between travels. Different length, same feeling. The kind of place that earns a return. The staff is the heartbeat of this hotel. Genuinely warm, attentive without hovering, and somehow remember the small things that make a guest feel known. That is rare anywhere, and almost unheard of in a city this fast-moving. The food and beverage experience is consistently excellent, the property is pristine, and the ambiance is a love letter to London. Playful nods to the city woven through the design without ever tipping into kitsch. Beautiful, intentional, and full of character. Whether I am here for three weeks or 48 hours, nHow London delivers. Already thinking about the next stay.

Clean. Cute rooms!

Beautiful hotel, very stylishly decorated. The room was very comfortable and again nicely decorated. The shower was powerful. Everything was clean. The location is convenient- close to Angel tube station. I really enjoyed my stay. The standout feature for me though was the service from the staff, particularly Shirin, who went over and above and was very welcoming. I’d happily stay again.
