Not value for money at all. I paid from MYR400 + to MYR500 + for each room. There 's 3 rooms in total. I requested for connecting rooms, but not available. I understand because that 's a peak season. The bell man was good. He helped and assisted my family from the entrance of the resort till the room. Thanks, sir! Once I entered the room, the dust on the mirror is clearly shown. The TV didn't work properly including the remote control. I think because of the battery, but the button on the TV also didn't work. The overall cleanliness was quiet upset even the bathroom. The housekeeper didn't clean very well. The resort even didn't provide hand towel and bath mat. We unable to dry our feet after went out of the toilet. The air conditioner also didn't work properly. I asked the maintenance to check, but the update was disappointed. Not to mention about the available foods, cutlery etc. During breakfast. The public wash rooms also didn't friendly to disabilities. The guest shouldn't experience this kind of hospitality especially by spending that much price for each room. As a hotelier, I was upset to experience this while spending precious time with my family. Repeat? Absolutely not in the future.
