Hotel yang bagus. sangat bagus. Semua dalam satu.

Hotel dan lokasi yang bagus. Hotel yang sangat bersih.

Secara keseluruhannya bersih dan bagus, tetapi hanya air penghawa dingin akan menyembur sedikit ke atas katil.

Kakitangan tidak membantu dan kasar, tiada pesakit untuk bertanya.

Night staff is so lazy … they just waste time of customer.

Very convenient with surrounding areas, restaurants, supermarket, shops are accessible by walk. Room was pretty decent, but unfortunately I got pillow with musty smell.

Setakat ini bagus, dengan harga yang lebih rendah & lokasi yang strategik.

Dah bagi bilik salah bila nak extend caunter tak bagi budi bicara pon tak betul so sad. Tambah kat caunter kan boleh ni bagi lecehkan customer tukar bilik lagi. Hati-hati booking hotel sini. Tengok betul-betul

Penginapan ini sangat bagus untuk tinggal untuk pengembara dengan perjalanan yang jauh.

Bilik sesak, pengudaraan tidak baik. Cadar boleh menjadi lebih bersih.

The young lady receptionist doesn't really care of the customer, she keep on phone call with her boyfriend, and also TV not work it, at night very noise the air conditioner from outside window, can not sleep at night, so noise also when the neighbor room take shower at midnight, early morning also very noise, banging door any how, I don't know whether the cs or the staff, and also normally every hotel room have 2 pillow, here only 1 pillow, another pillow charge 5RM, and everything is 1 and 1, never clean or change the toiletries, if we don't asked, s*cks.

Tempah bilik dengan tingkap kerana saya lebih suka bilik dengan cahaya matahari dan udara segar, tetapi bilik yang saya dapat mempunyai sekurang-kurangnya 4 atau 5 pemampat penghawa dingin betul-betul di luar tingkap. Ia sangat bising dan membuat bilik panas, saya tidak sepatutnya membayar lebih untuk bilik dengan tingkap.

Initially I called the person in charge during the night to give me a compatible socket as the water heater uses type “I” plug. She then gave me her word that they will give the socket straightaway. I waited until morning but they still not giving me yet. I went to the counter the next morning and address the issue. However, she being defensive and given me countless explanation without apologising first. I think the morning shift person was different than the person picked up my call night before. But still I was not satisfied the way she answered me.

-Menolak untuk menaik taraf bilik dari single ke queen.-tidak ada kad tambahan yang diberikan walaupun diminta.-hanya 2 saluran TV yang disediakan. 1 saluran yang rosak. Alat pendingin hawa tidak disediakan.

The room was great and clean. The shower and bidet have high pressure water. However, the tap water is very little. The receptionist told me all the rooms have tap water pressure problem. Kindly fix it asap.

Tidak pernah membersihkan bilik, ketika saya tiba di hotel, saya akan tinggal di dalam bilik yang pelanggan baru saja keluar dan bilik kecil.

Persekitaran yang hebat dan mudah diparkir.
