For starters, I could never rate this Resort as a 4star, barely a 3 star but more likely a 2 star. Fortunately we had only booked a single night cause the road leading to the Resort was in terrible condition! Parking would be a nightmare if the Resort was full, fortunately it wasn't! The door to our Unit was so lose, that I had to be inventive to insure it stayed secure through the night. The mattress was hard and felt old, likewise the pillows, so not a comfortable sleep. Shower time and this amazed me, the hot water unit was in a different location to the actual shower, so that meant you actually had to leave the shower to adjust the temperature, never seen that before! Staff okay, we actually had almost no dealings with them. Have stayed in a lot better places for less $.
