The property was beautiful and the staff were great, but unfortunately you do need a vehicle to get to a restaurant as dinner is not an option. On the other hand breakfast was delicious and the staff offered transportation to pick up our dinner. One of the rooms had lots of hot water while the other did not. For the most part, it was an enjoyable stay and worth the money we spent.

Our stay at this hotel was ok. Please note that they do not clean your room at all while you are there, nor change towels, so bare that in mind. We obtained our scooter rental through them and the guy who works the front desk was friendly. Our accommodation included breakfast but we only had it 1 day out of the 3 nights we stayed as we had to order it the night before apparently. If you are a light sleeper like myself, you may have a bit of trouble with the prayers around 4:30am-5am everyday somewhere near the hotel. This however, would be an issue anywhere you stay near the harbour.

Vorsicht Betrug !! Man Bezahlt das Hotel mindest 2x !! beim Auschecken wird der Betrag erneut verlangt und die arbeiten mit den Fähren zusammen so, dass man seine Fähre Tickets nicht bekommt bis man das Hotel nochmal bezahlt hat. Wurde auch bei der Polizei gemeldet. Bitte Aufpassen.

I have a great time at Tegar Penida Paradise as the location is on the hill side and kind of privacy with only 5 rooms. Even I have booked this room on last minute due to previous booking close down but the staffs were attentive and courtesy to ready and help me for the room upon I arrived. I like the friendlyness of the staffs and they make you feel like home. Upon all information or any inquiries they will answer and check for you accordingly and patiently especially I am great full to have ibu Dewi and ibu Zuriah for all the arrangement for my next destination and prepare for me my breakfast before the require time as early as 6.30am. Thank you and I have a awesome stay! infact

Room was spacious, clean and comfortable. There was a lovely pool overlooking the water. The staff were very helpful and attentive and we had a great stay. Would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the island.
