Checked in for one night only before an early train. Room was filthy, bed sheets dirty, looked like shower had never been cleaned. Water to the room stopped half way though the night. Two key cards were given to the guy who showed us up to the room but he only left one so slept with heavy cases in from of the room all night. Noisy all night from other guests.

AC was not working properly and the room looks very good in pictures as compared when you see it live.

It’s only a few minutes walk from the New Delhi railway station. Nice rooms and Staff was great, Makes sure guests are comfortable and quickly takes care of any problems they have.
