Já não foi a primeira vez que estive neste hotel. Apesar do hotel ser antigo, é aconchegante e tem tudo o que é necessário. Destaco a amabilidade do pessoal da recepção e das vistas 10* do hotel.

A place marked as a hotel would expect to provide hot water for shower but in this place that was a clear no. Night club just outside the hotel made a terrible noise all through the morning. Breakfast is served after 7.30 and you can simply forget about it because it was so terrible. Antique 14inch TV and the air-conditioning unit that had nobs which didn't work properly either. I wouldn't recommend it for anyone.

Que magnifico edificio modernista...a necessitat de alguma manutençao mas o que o tornaria tão esletacular como a vista melhor no Porto! No pequeno almoço faltou me só uns ovos mexidos.

Equipe excelente. Tudo muito limpo. Estacionamento otimo, a porta.

Room not bad, staff very pleasant

Lage ist gut. Man sollte nur beachten, dass man immer einen Berg hochlaufen muss. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist sehr überschaubar. Personal war freundlich.

スタッフのおじ様の対応も素晴らしく英語も通じました。フロントも客室も綺麗です。エレベーターが古いことだけ少し怖ったので、改良して欲しい点ですが、それ以外は文句なしです。

Simple, dark, old, but chock full of character and charm. Some things did not work, very few lights. Weird experience. Good food (the small selection that was) Great views!

Esperienza terribile: hotel fatiscente. Ascensori malfunzionanti. Stanza maleodorante con moquette e carta da parati vecchie. Tende logore e sudicie. Ma il peggio é la presenza di insetti nei letti, probabilmente cimici che ti pungono lasciandoti evidenti segni pruriginosi. Unica nota positiva é il personale efficiente e disponibile

Super Preis-Leistung, Nächste Metrostation in der Nähe, Panoramablick. Sehr schnelles Check-in, Check-out.

the menu was fresh, a little shy on variety but absolutely hit the spot for a the starting your day. the room was ideal and was able to stay for 3 nights happily.......... really liked Porto and what it had to offer, easy to get around the city and close to transit.......... was in contact with 4 of the staff and they were all so helpful, it was appreciated...... from the check in to the cleaning staff........ so good !!!

Wonderful front desk service along with a great breakfast! Not forgetting the decor of the hotel which was fabulous!

Hotel entrance was not obvious and it only occupies top few floors of this dated building. Room w ensuite bath is tightly spaced though i enjoyed a warm bath. I was woken up at 4am by some rowdy people chanting and singing in the open carpark beside the hotel. Breakfast was standard continental at the top floor with great view of the city
