I just wished there had been a bidet in the bathroom and that there had been a sort of division on the floor between the shower area and the toilet. Other than that, I had a pleasant experience.

Poor facilities, no hot shower freezing cold. Customer services unsatisfactory.

ジェネラルサントス市老舗のホテルだけあって、セキュリティもしっかりしており、落ちついた雰囲気が気にいった。スタッフも、なにかと親切だった。わたしは空港で「迎」を捕まえ損ねたが、空港への送迎サービスもあり、心憎いサービスも素晴らしい。
