Staff friendly on arrival, room basic but importantly clean.

Although surrounded by additional units under construction, our spacious, recently renovated room (with a gleaming, new bathroom) was perfect for a quiet night's rest on our long journey home. Moreover, the motel is very conveniently located close to fast food outlets.

Parking outside each room...woolworths 3 mins walk across the road...main street with shops, cafes, restaurant etc 7 min walk (2 blocks away)...also close to train station... very convenient

All round fantastic. Had to book last minute after leaving terrible accomodation and was the best decision. Staff was super helpful and welcoming. Apartment was spacious, comfortable and clean. Very convenient locatoon.

The website has not been updated. There is no restaurant or breakfast as stated as neither was there a pool although a photo of one is on the website. It is a building site which looks terrible. The only saving grace was the old rooms we stayed in had been refurbished so they ere attractive and the bathrooms were modern. Was strange however that the bathroom had no mirror or sink so teeth brushing had to happen in the kitchen sink which in reality was a bathroom style basin which wasn’t suitable to was dishes in.

Nice property that has recently been refurbished, so the room was updated, clean, new furniture, freshly painted and modern bathroom. Location was excellent as it was right in town. Excellent value considering the rooms are modern.

Our room was so much better than expected. We have stayed in many motels to be able to compare. It seemed to be newly renovated with a large bathroom and shower. Very tastefully done with great colours. The bed was comfortable with electric blankets keeping us warm from very cold nights. The main room was big with a lovely bay window. Over the road is a shopping centre with all your needs. Just a short walk around the corner and we were in the Main Street of Ararat. Staff were very friendly and check in was easy. Each of our three day stay, the staff replaced our towels for fresh dry ones and generally cleaned our room. All in all a great experience. Will definitely stay here on next visit to see family.

Excellent - comfortable room in a convenient location.

Room looked newly renovated & was roomy. No cutlery or plates in room, have to ask for these at reception. Had a toaster but no bread knife or board. The tea & coffee with biscuits was appreciated after a long drive. Found it cold at night even with an extra blanket & electric blanket, Heater too noisy to leave on. the bed was firm for me.

Would consider this property 2.5 to 3 star. Bedding - tattered blanket under the cover. One spare blanket of polar fleece in the room..17/5/25 temp was 4 degrees overnight which meant putting the split system on at 4am to keep warm. Apart from coffee cups and tea spoons there was no other cutlery in the room. If needed we had to get it from reception. Room had a smell that didn’t smell like cleaning. Although the room was clean.

What a great little property . Location was really good and everything walkable . The rooms were a little dated but couldnt fault the cleanliness of them . Bed was really comfortable. The only negative was the hot water service in the bathroom was super small and the hot water ran out after one short shower .

Room was recently renovated, but there were some "attention to details" blunders, with grout on the bathroom floor tiles not having been polished off and some decidedly amateurish cutting-in to the bathroom doorframe and below the mirror over the vanity. The new front-door also had a 15mm gap beneath, so will be extremely draughty in winter. Room was clean and comfortable overall. We stayed here previously in Jan 2023 and were disappointed that the swimming pool is no longer in use.
