一泊で利用させて頂きました。チェックインとチェックアウト時は終始丁寧な対応でホッとしました。チェックアウト時に荷物を郵送しようとしたら、すぐに段ボールとガムテープを準備頂き大変助かりました。その際に対応頂いた若い女性はとても丁寧な対応で、最高の休暇になりました。フロントが混んでいたところ、サッと飛んできた姿が印象的でした。教育されていてできるものなのか、その方の持って生まれた思考や性格なのかもしれませんが、とにかく私は感謝しています。 客室の露天風呂は綺麗に管理しており、何度も入ってしまいました。湖も綺麗でした。 料理は夜朝共に絶品です。日本酒を飲みすぎてしまいました。また利用させて頂きます。

スタッフさんの接客がとても良く、ホテルも綺麗で料理（ディナーも朝食も）も温泉も素晴らしかったです。ありがとうございました！

All staff are friendly and very helpful. Only this hotel offer free coach tour for visiting all 4 Suwa Taisha shrines. very blessed. We enjoyed welcome drink before dinner. Hotspring bath with sauna room, very relaxing. they provid not only japanese yukata roves but also pajamas. Dinner and breakfast were so beautiful and delicious, and they served me a special vegetarian meal. many thanks to the kitchen staff. I strongly recommend to stay lake view room. the view was breath taking.

The beautiful traditional Japanese room and food. The staff were exceptionally kind and patient with us. The view a of Suwa lake was picturesque.

We had an excellent time here. Own private onsen in room, with a wonderful view of the lake. The food and service was excellent. The hotel is very modern, yet still very traditional Japanese. Would love to stay here again.

Visited for a trip around Lake Suwa and oh boy, this hotel is something special, I had the private onsen in the room and it was one of the most relaxing part of my trip in Japan. They also offered public a onsen for hotel guests and you can also book that to have that one private. Over all can't recommend this hotel enough, staff was friendly and breakfast was excellent if you want a taste of a traditional Japanese meal. There is also a bike rental right across the street next to Lake Suwa. Bike trip all around the lake is maybe around 4 hours or less. 10/10 Swore I saw a Shrine Maiden with green hair walking around.

伝統的な温泉地内ではあるが、内装はリニューアルしており、現在の仕様となっていて、清潔感も使い勝手も部屋、温泉とも満足のいくものでした。 料理も晩朝とも美味しくいただきました

スタッフさんもお風呂も凄くよかったです！

今回で2度目の訪問です。 お料理も美味しく、何よりスタッフさんのホスピタリティが素晴らしいです。 大社参拝バスも無料と思えないクオリティで、とても楽しかったです。

また行きたいと思わせてくれる宿泊施設でした。

最高でした！ 館内に入った瞬間、スタッフさん笑顔と落着きのあるロビーでまず癒されました。 5階の洋室の部屋に泊まったのですが、水墨画の様にプリントされたカーテンから諏訪湖が一望出来、風流でした。 お食事も個室になっており、おしゃれな空間で、食事もとても美味しく、お漬物ビッフェも綺麗に配置されとても素敵でした。 諏訪大社の拝観バスは、説明も楽しく、無料なのにクオリティが高かったです。バスが、しんゆさんを通過する際、スタッフの方が外で手を振ってくださり、気持ちがほっこりしました。ただ、同じスタッフさん達がニコニコと早朝から夜遅くまで働いていたのが、働き過ぎでは？と心配になりました。 また、是非利用したいと思います。

I recommend to reserve the private onsen and the shuttle around thr city with at least a month of anticipation. We got to use the onsen just once and there wasn't any place for the shuttle.

とにかくスタッフのおもてなしと癒しの空間は最高でした。

Amazingly beautiful, high-end onsen hotel. Staff are politely formal and provide excellent service in all aspects. My room had a wonderful view of Lake Suwa & all possible amenities. Breakfast was delicious & serves with elegance.

Excellent location overlooking the lake. The food at the hotel is authentic. There is also the possibility to rent bikes directly at the hotel. Very polite staff.
