I thought the food was really tasty.

Ich wurde im Zimmer angerufen um mir mitzuteilen dass man in dem öffentlichen onsen nicht mit Tattoos darf, da sie beim Check in gesehen hatten dass ich Tattoos habe.Nicht persönlich... über Telefon nachdem ich auf dem Zimmer war. Es sollte einen Shuttle Bus geben der einen zum Hotel bringt jedoch erhält man dazu im Vorfeld keine Infos. Es sollte einen Shuttle Bus morgens geben jedoch nicht so früh. Das Zimmer ist wundervoll. Der ryokan im Zimmer war sehr angenehm. Die Aussicht vom Balkon ist wundervoll.

食事はとても美味しく、スタッフの説明も分かりやすくて好印象でした。大浴場も景色が良く満足できましたが、やや手狭に感じる点が少し気になりました。

景色がとても良かったです。足湯もあり家族も満足。夕食の後にお夜食にとわらび餅を戴きました。 又、来たいと思った宿です。

ペーパータオルが洗面所とトイレにあり、とても良かった。 部屋からの景色も良い。 大浴場の洗い場が寒かった。

従業員の方の対応が良かったです。 また行きたいです。

食事が以前の花樹海でなくガッカリしました。

Obviously the premier hotel in the area as every taxi driver recognizes the name Hanajukai. We had a top floor room with private Onsen with view of the harbor. Because it is up a hill getting in and out requires a taxi. The meals were excellent as well.

남편의 환갑기념여행이어서 고르고 골라 선택한 숙소였는데 너무 마음에 들어했어요.마운틴뷰 방이었는데 창문 가득 보이는 대밭이 액자처럼 예뻐요. 저녁식사 아침식사 모두 맛있고 서비스하시는 직원들도 친절했어요.처음 주차장에서 맞이해준 연배있는 남자분,식당에서 맞아주신 노년의 여자분,영어잘하시던 여자분,영어는 잘못하지만 번역기와 웃음으로 응대해준 남녀직원 아침 대욕장에서 떠오르는 해를 본 것도 감동이고요. 테라스 족욕탕 물이 좀 미지근하고 깨끗하지 못했고,엘리베이터에서 살짝 곰팡내 같은 냄새가 나서 별 하나 뺐습니다. 목욕후 맥주를 찾아 리셉션까지 가서 비밀스럽게(?)덮어둔 냉장고안의 맥주를 사야했는데 좀더 사기 쉬웠으면 좋겠어요(대욕장 앞에 자판기를 둔다던가).

Our stay at Kiyomi Sanso Hanajukai was excellent. The staff was extremely courteous and professional from beginning to end. Our room was clean, comfortable and modern. The meals were nicely presented and delicious. One of our servers, Machiko took excellent care of us and treated us like family. Will definitely stay here again and highly recommend Kiyomi Sanso Hanajukai to anyone staying in Takamatsu.

Beautiful property, room was spacious and very comfortable . Food was delicious!! Just know they are up a steep hill so not walkable , need car or taxi to get around Would definitely stay again!

Large and comfortable room / suite with the view of the city and the sea. Great food. Hughe baths. Enjoyed our stay.

This hotel's greatest asset is its staff, who are friendly, helpful, and on-form in every way. It has an amazing position on the hill and our room had a great view. The on-site onsen is great. As a family of 5 (3 adults, 3 kids age 10-15) our traditional Japanese room was a good cost-effective option, although kids found the futons very hard (harder than other places we've stayed on futons). Overall we found Takamatsu a great part of our trip, enjoying trips to nearby Megijima Island for swimming, Naoshima for the art, and shopping in the Takamatsu Central Shopping Street.
