Very clean hotel, have stayed multiple times. Friendly staff. The time the beds were so hard it felt like we were sleeping on the floor. Very disappointed.

Im Rahmen einer Rundreise sind wir in Wichita gelandet. Dort wurde meine Tochter krank und hatte Fieber bekommen. Daraufhin haben wir beschlossen uns erst mal zu erholen. Das Hotel ist sehr gut gelegen die Geschäfte sind nicht weit weg. Das Zimmer, das wir hatten war sehr groß und sauber. Insgesamt kann ich es nur empfehlen.

Clean, friendly and located very close to shopping and restaurants.

We were originally placed across the hall from a guest with a barking dog, sounded like a rather large dog too. They moved us to another, which was great. Tv remote didn't work. Staff was very helpful in fixing it, though if the cleaning crew had done their job it wouldn't have been necessary! (Sensor had fallen behind the dresser!). Nice hotel snd rooms.

There are lots of shops around. The hotel was clean. The breakfast choices were excellent.

They are right next to the Wichita Sports Forum so there is always so many people (and kids) staying, and aside from an occasional child running in the hallway you hear NO Noise! Everything is clean and up to date. If I had to have a negative, it would be that while we were there for 5 days, they had the same breakfast everyday (eggs and sausage).

Room was ok, king bed was comfortable. The internet on the third floor was spotty. I kept dropping in and out. Breakfast was meh. Powdered scrambled eggs and sausage patties that were just ok. We did not use any other facilities.

Excellent service

The rooms and linens are filthy. Pubic hairs on the “clean” wash cloths, pubic hairs on the shower curtains, stains on the towels, hair all over the floors and furniture like they hadn’t been cleaned in a month. I messaged staff after they texted to see how our stay was going but I received no response. We will never stay here again.

It was just an over night way point, and it was exactly what I needed for those 6 hours.

Our second stay at this site; excellent!

For a value hotel and a dog friendly one at that, my stay was fine. The room was clean and the hotel met most of our basic needs even though it isn’t anything fancy. Unfortunately during our stay, there was no soap at all provided in our room and when we went down to the front desk to get some, the person working disappeared in the back room and wasn't able to locate any for us and didn’t offer any other assistance. Overall they seemed understaffed and it was disappointing that they lacked basics like soap.

Amazing staff and Alyssa really saved me a lot times. Great great stay after a rough start at another hotel.
