Our airconditioning broke down, it was almost midnight and we had to change rooms. I was tired and I forgot 2 dresses in the closet in tje old room. Next day we left early. Later I found out I forgot my 2 dresses. They found only one, one disappeared? I asked them to send me my dress, almost 5 months later they still didn’t send my dress. I ask every week, where’s my dress, they ignore me.

Loved our stay here. A last minute decision, everything was perfect.

Great location. Handy for Mkuze Game Park. Good food and service. Helpful events manager on the front desk. Good bird watching around and about.

L’hotesse à l’accueil nous dit que 3 chambres ont été réservées au lieu de 2 nécessaires seulement pour nous 5 (2 adultes + 3 enfants). Elle en annule une mais nous facture 2 chambres au prix fort, elle nous facture également les petits déjeuners alors qu’ils étaient inclus d’après Expédia. 100€ de perdu en tout. L’hôtel est joli et les buffets bien fournis.

It was good ..ish .

The location and grounds along the lake were very nice. The restaurant and choices from the menu and buffet were also excellent. The only downfall would be that the 2 pools were not in pristine condition as the one closest to the restaurant looked like it had not been cleaned in awhile and the one by the lake was cleaner however it had a lot of bugs and leafs floating on the surface. Overall however the staff made up for those downfalls.

Excellent peaceful hotel, with very friendly efficient staff. A wonderful location with lake and mountain views.
