We were quite disappointed with our stay. The condition of the room was very poor, the carpet had so many marks/ stains on it and the bed and pillows were really uncomfortable. When the room was cleaned the coffee and creamer was not replaced and neither was the bath mat! Four restaurants but the last order was at eight and the roof top bar only opens five nights a week. The hotel is really overpriced for what it is.

A spacious hotel with good location and reasonable price

実家が静岡市ですが、庵原で用事があったので、駅近で宿泊しました。高級感あふれるホテルで良かったです。コンシェルジュ的案内も良かったです。 気になったのは、フロントの若い女性に荷物出しした時、”豊島区”が東京都　(郵便番号も100番台なのに)ってわからないのは、いかがなものかと思いました。 また、ベッドの下にゴミが溜まっているのもいかがなものかと思いました。

위치 정말 좋고 직원분들도 친절하세요. 객실을 높은 층으로 배정받아서 뷰도 정말 좋았네요

Old fashioned design. But it has everything. Great location.

The hotel is a bit dated and I can tell by the wall and carpet. The internet was super slow and I could not even go online sometimes. However, the hotel is centrally located by the railway station and everything I wanted was in the area.

This place needs renovation and better cleaning. I was surprised to see the dirty hall way that needs thorough vacuuming.

Hôtel à 5 min à pied de la gare de Shizuoka, ce qui est super pratique. C'est un hôtel qui est confortable et propre, mais qui a connu ses heures de gloire dans le passé. Il aurait besoin d'un peu de rénovations. Comme je n'ai pas utilisé la salle à manger, je ne peux pas me prononcer si c'était bon ou pas.

早めの予約だったが、シングルをダブルにランクアップしてくれるなどサービス面での充実満足をもらった。 チェックアウトなどのカードボックス対応などスマートな利便性を感じた。
